Great customer service, the manager was very friendly and made my experience great, and the food was excellent and hot!

Food is great! I love their wings and Saratoga chips. They always have a great beer selection.
But unfortunately their new management I think has slowed down their service. What used to be a quick in and out thing seems like they are highly understaffed and overwhelming the servers.
It takes much longer to get in and out of there. Unless you order ahead! Which is what I now do.
So 5 stars cause their food is great and their severs are always very patient and happy to see you. But it just takes much longer than it used to.

We prefer this place over wild wings. The wings are definitely better. We don’t eat here often but when we do, it is typically good. The gyro salad is a nice healthy alternative and my husband loves the dry wings with lemon pepper. It gets super crowded during games so you need to get there early.

Definitely a slower vibe here, not a «sports bar», but they do have lots of TVs. The Mister and I shared BBQ and medium Buffalo wings — both were SO GOOD. Meaty, not fatty, and the sauces were great! We only ordered 10 of each and ended up taking half of them home, that’s how meaty they were. Service is a bit slow. The gals are nice enough, but not on top of things. Waited quite awhile to get refills. Other than the slow service, it was a great eating experience.

Use to come here a couple of years ago so I came in the other day to meet up with some friends thought maybe the place had changed a bit … Well nope it didn’t got there waited 20 minutes until I finally flagged the waiter down myself and asked them if I could get a menu and a drink. So another waiter comes out, makes fun of my ID brings me the wrong beer and the beer takes like 20 minutes, keep in mind there is like no one there. So I order the boneless wings thought maybe they tasted better, nope still the same ! Taste like a chicken nugget with hot sauce smothered on them. Do yourself a favor and pass on this dump.

My husband and went here for a quick bite but took longer than expected! Food was great had there awesome quesadilla so good filled with such goodness plenty for a meal! Had cocktails and also wings were amazing! The olnly complaint was the time it took to get our order very long wait but staff was great!

The food is really good and the service we got was excellent. Only complaint was the «atomic» spicy was not spicy at all! My bf really wanted hot wings that burnt his lips lol but we ate the entire order without finishing one drink, that should explain how mild they were. My one advice is too kick up the spice, when people order the hottest wings available they want a big kick!

I would give this place a 1 star based on the fact that they do not have a happy hour. You would think that the owner would see that it’s dead in his restaurant and offer a happy hour to get people in his restaurant. Especially since this restaurant is going against the big and established Buffalo Wild Wings and wing stop.
To the owner: your wings and sauces are good but you need a happy hour. It’s smart business. I know for a fact that me my friends and a lot of other ppl will be more willing to go to a restaurant if they offer a happy hour, even if it’s not happy hour.(hope that makes sense)
Laura your bar tender is great. Gives off great vibes and is very personable. Help her out by getting mor people in your restaurant!!!

First time to visit this location, the food was good but the service wasn’t. The server came to take our order and didn’t show up after that. Ordered some wings and celery got the wings only waited and waited till she showed back up but the food was already cold by the time we asked someone to get her so it wasn’t that great. The server finally came after 10minutes since we asked for her already with the bill assuming we were leaving. Spoke to the manager all she did was take off the wings, no apology nothing. Great customer service…

My favorite ever ! I really love this restaurant and it’s the BEST in Rancho Cucamonga !

My kids rave about this place so was in the shopping ctr so hubby & I dropped in. It was a Saturday evening about 5pm, the place was about 40% occupied. We walked in right after another couple and had to wait about 10 mins to be seated. The host had to clean the tables before we could be seated. Ok didnt get it since the restaurant was less than ½ full and lots of tables avail. Once we were seated our waiter came over anout 5 mins later. He wanted to take our drink order but we ordered our food too. Since We weren’t sure how long he would be back. They seemed understaffed.
We ordered boneless wings (chili thai, lemon pepper & bbq), onion rings, and buffalo chicken nachos to share. Let me start with the nachos, not really impressed, lots of lettuce on them and hardly any cheese. The wings were pretty good, my fav was chili thai. The onion rings were good. The service was mediocre. Waiter was not really checking to see if we needed anything. We actually had to stop another waitress to get napkins.
Overall I would go back and give them another chance to redeem themselves. Like I said think they were under staffed.

This place is fantastic, service and food. The wings are great, the flavors are great, and they are so much more filling compared to BWW’s. We will definitely be coming back here again and again!

This place is awesome! Wings here are very delicious and are to die for. Waiters and other workers are extremely friendly. The wings here are 100x better than the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is very patient and they treat you like family.
Best part of the wings is the sauce especially because they are not stingy with it like other places.

I found a new wing joint better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I loved the blue cheese and excellent customer service! I ordered my favorite Snake Bite and she made it perfect with no head and separated. I’m hooked!

Pros:
The wings and other appetizers were delish. Got the buffalo medium and fries. My friends got chip and dip. Wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings .
Cons: service was terrible. Personalities of all waitresses were bland and not welcoming and rude.
–a waitress threw our plates and was like «uh yeah enjoy whatever «
–forgot to bring us fries (luckily the manager comped em for that reason)
–floors and bathrooms were really dirty and dirty looking

The food here is gross fried salty garbage. I only went because I had received a great deal from a local flavor deal (like groupon).
The worst part is the on duty manager wanted to keep my phone privately while he redeemed the offer. I watched him the whole time, and he rated himself 5 stars and signed me up for spam email from my phone. Don’t like these people.

First time here and unfortunately it did not convince me with the service. First we waited a good 25 mins, which personally I don’t think that’s bad at all, but when they sat us down the hostess mentioned she messed up and was suppose to call a different party, but still left us on the booth. Our server was Oscar. Very sweet and polite, but forgetful. Took 45 mins for our food to arrive, but keep in mind I came when there was a football game. We ordered side orders and he brought us back the incorrect order, but he did let us keep the incorrect food which was nice. We ordered wings and they were okay. I felt their sauce was too watery. didn’t think they were bad but not too special… then for my refill he kept forgetting to bring it.
Overall it was an okay experience but not enough to go a second time. Also the restrooms were dirty.

There was no wait time, which was awesome. Bww had over an hour wait. No surprise there. The wings were pretty good but need more breading. I ordered the hot wings but they were not really spicy whatsoever. The carrots were extra. I would come back though.

I tried this place for the second time (I tried it a few years ago) and got take out which was boneless garlic Parmesan and sweet bbq and also a basket of fries.
When I first tried it, I remember not really liking the sauce but I decided to give it another try.
Nope, nope, nope. Not liking the sauces at all. It’s so gooey and VERY oily… Makes you have an upset stomach afterwards definitely.
The only good thing is that the boneless chicken they give are PRETTY BIG. I would say an average person would get full off of 3 pieces.

La ubicacion es muy buena, entre dos calles principales.
El lugar es grande espacioso tiene un bar, maquinas de juegos para niños, y mesas de uso comun.
Yo pedi alitas para llevar y dijeron que en 15 min estaban listas (tomo cerca de 20 min) lo cual me parece rasonable.
El sabor de las alitas es muy bueno en los 3 diferentes sabores que yo elegi y ademas el tamaño de las alitas es mejor que la competencia.
El servicio es bueno, no alcanza a ser exelente pero es lo suficientemente bueno como para regresar al lugar
