Ok the steaks are cooked to perfection, they brought my skinpy lobster crap that was not what I expected. The drinks were ok. The resturant needs a remodel and they need to improve on customer service! Honestly not worth it for the price. Go to Duane’s at the mission inn in riverside wayyy better than this place hands down!

We live in Rancho only tried Flemings because we had a gift card. We are not fancy people– attire or moneywise. haha I had the chicken and waffles and it was most excellent. Very pretty presentation. The food was a little on the mid-warm side, I would have preferred it to be hotter temperature. My husband got the rib eye. $ 30 rib eye. He said it was OK. Not worth the price. This is an a la cart type of place. The sides are $ 7-$ 12. He got the potatoes – au’ gratin I think. They were good and funny enough… they were SUPER hot. Like right out of the over. That was nice. He got the crème brulee and was pleased. I got this ice cream scoops dish… I liked it a lot. The food is good but out of our price range. The atmosphere isn’t dressy like we assumed as there were people there in jeans and shorts. The lighting was definitely set to intimate/romantic. Very dark and it was Sunday around 2pm. I had to use my phone to read the menu. lol Kind of embarrassing.

My first time to Fleming’s and it was a BUST to say the least. We made reservations for 7:15 and were not seated for 15 minutes. We were offered a patio table which we took, THINKING it would be relaxing and quiet. Well, it was a little quieter than inside. But, that’s it. It took 5 minutes for the waiter to show up and take our drink order. We decided to just order everything at that time because we were hungry! Appetizers, a couple drinks and dinner… WEEEEEELL, DINNER came out an hour later, we had to ask for our drinks which came out AFTER dinner and that appetizer NEVER came. Drinks were AWFUL, not worth the $ 15+ at all. We ended up drinking a Coors Light. Try cutting your cold Fleming’s «famous steak» with a butter knife! We had to ask for a steak knife at this«fancy» steakhouse. Asked for the tab, well you can imagine it was another 15 minutes before we got that. I’m so disappointed because I’ve heard so many great things about this place. No, we didn’t complain to management, we didn’t want to be «those people», but we will never go back. We will pay(extra even) for that exceptional customer service that you expect at these types of restaurants. Too bad. Morton’s, it is.

All the flavors are there, but lacked execution We had the prime rib Sunday dinner and the Chilean sea bass. Bread starter: yum! We especially liked the Chardonnay smoked cheddar and champagne Brie The wedge: my husbands favorite pRt of the meal, maybe because it could not be overcooked Kids meal: fries and chicken strips, my son would not eat it because it was brown French fries(I thought it was sweet potato fries at first), chicken strips overcooked to the point of burnt at the edges Chilean sea bass: I was expecting the fish to be on a sauce but it was in a soup. Fish was overlooked and the soup was too salty. Prime rib: overlooked. Otherwise flavored nicely Asparagus: just so so Potato Au gratin: best. Thing. On. The. Table Onion rings: standard steakhouse large onion rings Molten chocolate lava cake: overlooked, dense, but not too sweet. Crème brûlée: overcooked, which made the whole dessert taste like sweet scrambled eggs. Gist? Tell the chef to keep cooking the way he is cooking, just take off a few minutes of cook time lol. I wish I would’ve said something but when u have a toddler dining with you, you don’t want to prolong dinner. Won’t be coming back :(

I have been to a few Fleming’s in SoCal and Las Vegas. This one had great service but the food was pretty weak. I ordered the Modern Wedge, Boneless short rib and a side of onion rings. The Wedge was not very good at all and totally unlike the presentation I have had at othe Fleming’s locations. The Short rib was nowhere as good as I have had at other Fleming’s locations and it was a very small portion. The Onion rings were very good.

I don’t mind spending $ 200 for dinner, but spending $ 200 for a dinner worth $ 100, that pains me. Flemmings has glowing reviews so I decided to try it out with my wife. We also picked up $ 100 gift card for $ 80 at Costco. I was underwhelmed with their food and service. For a $ 56 bone in rib eye(they sold out of $ 58 dry aged rib eye) it was not better than a $ 15 with USDA choice steak I can make at home. I was hoping for absurdly delicious steak but it was not. The cheesy bread is something out of the Red Lobster playbook. $ 12 asparagus, was a bunch of baby asparagus over roasted and dry because it is so thin. it should have been sauteed instead. The service was the waiter mostly chatting with you and being super nice vs being attentive. They attempt upscale personalized service but fail hard at it. In the end you get a box of chocolates and a $ 25 return gift card for next time. They must have ridiculous margins at this restaurant for $ 20 savings @ Costco & $ 25 gift card. That’s $ 45 off. This place is a rip even with the discounts.

The steak melts in your mouth! I highly recommend the Chipotle Mac and Cheese and sauteed mushrooms to go along with your meal Make sure to make reservations, as it can get crowded

Came here for dinner and lecture. Their parmesan bread was great! Had butter and a cheese dip with it. Their Caesar salad was very tasty. It had dry salted capers that were much tastier than the brine version. The croûton was a thinly sliced baguette that was toasted instead of your regular cubes. The mini filet mignon was actually disappointing for a steakhouse. I asked for medium rare, it was cooked more long a rare. And the meat itself wasn’t that tasty. The one I had at Pomona Valley Mining Company was actually much tastier. The cheesecake was good. It was slightly salty and not that heavy so it was easy to eat without feeling overwhelmed by the richness.

WOW. all I can say is WOW. my boyfriend and I came here for dinner tonight after I got off work just because. I’ll start by saying I made a reservation online. perfect, just what I wanted. we arrive 5 min prior to the reservation time and were seated exactly at the reservation time. A+ so far. LOOKS: when you walk in, it’s pretty dark. it’s quite nice. we were seated in the back of the restaurant and were by ourselves for a really long time before they got busy. our hostess showed us to our table, even asked what color cloth we wanted to use, light or dark. we went with light. SERVICE: we met our server shortly after being seated, he was great. his name was Jeff. he was attentive, knowledgable, and personable. he checked on us a good amount of times; not too much and didn’t ignore us either. he explained the menu to us, offered us some items that weren’t on the menu and suggested some really good entrees and appetizers. FOOD: we started off with complimentary loaves of Parmesan bread. it was so warm, and fresh. Jeff then suggested the carpaccio cured raw meat topped with goat cheese, greens and served on mini pieces of Parmesan toasted bread. he sold my boyfriend on bacon wrapped filet mignon, what a man’s dish lolAnd scallops on mashed potatoes… I had the barbecue glazed salmon filet on a bed of crispy onions and sautéed mushrooms. I’m not typically a mushroom person, but this was AMAZING. we shared a side of chipotle Mac n cheese topped with lobster. my mouth is watering all over again for that. we finished with the lava cake with vanilla ice cream, fudge topped with their homemade whipped cream. 1 iced tea, and 1 water; total bill was $ 164. not bad at all for 2 people. the manager, I believe his name was Rick, even came by to make sure everything was okay with our meals and such. overall, I really have no complaints about Flemings. it is a bit higher priced, so this won’t be our weekly weekend date night spot, but most definitely the place for our anniversary and more special occasions. everything about Flemings was awesome. we will definitely be back! thanks Jeff! you were awesome! — Janelle & Matthew

This place gets very packed. I came here with a reservation for 3 people for my friends bday dinner. We get seated after about 5 min of waiting in the front. As we wait for my last friend to arrive, we got started with water first and the fresh bread they give you. This cheesy bread was so yummy and hot. Mmm. Once our whole party was here, we start looking at the menu and deciding what to get. We were catching up on small chat when we notice we haven’t even ordered yet. We look around and notice even the 2 waiters were looking at our table, discussing who was servicing us since no one had come to take our order yet(we’ve been sitting there for 30 min already). So we flag down the waiters discussing who is our waiter and finally place our order. We started with an app and got steaks and sides for our entrees. The food took another 45 min to cook. Thank goodness for the bread to hold us down but the steak took forever to cook. I got the Wagyu New York strip $ 60. I don’t think t was really Wagyu. This meat was tough and chewy. I was expecting the soft, melt in your mouth kind of steak. My other friends both got the bone in rib eye which they said was much better than mine. Also request for the peppercorn sauce. It’s the best sauce there out of all the ones I tried. For the sides, I got the Flemings potatoes. I highly recommend it! Hot and cheesy from the oven. I also customized a sautéed spinach because it’s a good idea to have some veggies with all the meat and carbs. Overall, I should have gotten the bone in ribeye instead. Don’t waste your money with the Wagyu thinking it will be the bomb. Because it surely wasn’t. Spent around 2+ hrs here. Slow service. The man who brought out our food had better service than our waiter. He was the one who brought out our food, sauces, and more bread we requested. He should have been our server!

I love red meat. Fleming’s is a safe bet when you want steak. It’s always a good experience– their food is consistently good. Not amazing or over the top good, but still very good. Most steakhouses ask you to cut into your steak upon delivery to ensure the meat meets your desired level of done-ness. However at Fleming’s, your waiter generally just check on you a few minutes after… And by that time I’m about 25% done with my cut so sending it back isn’t an option in my head. Luckily, they generally do a pretty good job of getting it right 90% of the time– and I’m happy with that. I’ve tried all their cuts and the New York strip steak is always amazing at Fleming’s. They«iron crust» your steak upon request, and that makes the meat taste like love when it’s rare-ish inside. Most of their sides and deserts are good, but some aren’t. A few to stay away from: Sautéed mushrooms — absolutely nothing special. Just buttery and salty. No flavor complexity. Double cut fries — they make me sad… Salty, soggy, and oily. Carrot cake — cloyingly sweet. It’s soggy without any texture. The location in Rancho is conveniently inside Victoria Gardens– allowing you to walk off some of the heaviness from the red meat if you wish — I generally end up walking to the Rocky Mountain chocolate factory afterwords to get desert, but that’s my own fault and problem. Reservations are generally needed especially if you plan to dine over the weekend, but I’ve gotten a table for two or three people several times with an hour of wait time– which goes by very quickly at a shopping plaza.

We didn’t know that it is a reservation must type restaurant. Nice setting for special occasion. The service was great! Crab cakes were full of crab and the best I’ve had. They weren’t greasy and full of fillers. If u want king crab legs… don’t order here, get them from Costco. They are 4x the size and you get one for your money. Mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach were average.

I grew up in Kobe Japan, famous for Kobe beef, so I’m very picky when it comes to beef or steak. Since I moved to America, I was so disappointed by how steaks are served and the texture of steaks(too hard and chewy and they make me feel like eating a sole of shoe). I have tried several steak restaurants in local, LA, Las Vegas, but so far Fleming’s is the best! The prices are very very expensive but once in a while, for special occasion like birthday or anniversary, I think I can enjoy topnotch food. You gotta enjoy your life because you never know when you die. Anyway, Wagyu steak is to die for! I ordered medium and it was perfect. I would not recommend«well done» or «done» because it will ruin the good texture of Wagyu beef. My husband ordered«Medium rare» and he loved it so much! I’m so glad I finally found a place to go for good steak. Service is also nice but I’d give 4 stars because of high prices. Dress nice if you don’t want to feel like you don’t belong.

I am only reviewing this place for the dessert. I came here on a Friday night to enjoy dessert and was seated promptly upon arrival. The server was very friendly and got to us immediately. We already knew that we wanted to have the molten lava cake for dessert along with a cup of tea. The molten lava cake is out of this world for dessert. A must-have! It comes with crème fraîche, a pistachio crisp cookie, and vanilla ice cream. It is phenomenal. I can’t wait to return to Flemings to enjoy this dessert again!

First time at Flemming’s and third time eating at a big name, fine dining steak house. Came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday over brunch and enjoyed the food, drinks, background music and presentation. Although our waiter was SUPER catty(I guess that fits the ambiance of the establishment, but still) he came through at the end with a $ 25 gift card for my dad to return to Flemming’s which was a nice touch. I’d recommend taking a loved one here for a special occasion or if you want to #TreatYoSelf. Below is what I ate/tried and recommend. CHICKENANDWAFFLES: I actually ordered the chicken and waffles for brunch(I just had AYCE Korean BBQ on Friday so I was over red meat for the moment) and thought it was the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had, beating out my two of my old favorites from Vegas: Lux Café and Hash House a Go Go. The chicken was fried, juicy, crispy and not greasy. The waffle’s weren’t too big or too small and were cooked to golden brown but not toasty or crispy. The batter was not your typical waffle batter in that I could taste the buttermilk in it and I think it was from scratch or they mastered the Krusteaz powder to water ratio that I couldn’t get right at home. Also, the size portion of the meal was just right in that it wasn’t ginormous pieces of chicken and waffles, but it was enough for me to eat and say I’m pleasantly full. I almost forgot to mention it comes with plenty of pecans and delicious, real maple syrup! RIBEYEWRAPPEDINPORCINI: Had a bite of my sister’s rib eye wrapped in porcini and it was delicious, tender, rare, juicy etc. but small. In fact, my dad even joked with the waiter, «Is the rest of the steak on its way?» Yeah, definitely need to order a side of the scalloped potatoes with this. PASSIONFRUITMIMOSA: First round was free then you had to order a carafe for $ 10 if you wanted more. This mimosa went down smooth and tasted less like concentrated orange juice and cheap champagne and more like a nice tropical passion fruit drink with a hint of alcohol. I could’ve drank a whole carafe of this stuff but one glass sufficed and I was fine with water afterwards. Our server Art was well groomed, mannered and didn’t take lightly to our jokes and reminded me of an uptight designer on Project Runway, but he came through at the end with that gift card so I guess he’s alright. On top of our catty server we experienced long waits in our tiny booth which made the experience a bit cold. I saw managers in suits greeting a lot of other tables but ours(no idea why, especially considering it was my dad’s birthday). Overall a good experience and would try other entrees in the distant future.

I’ve been to this Flemings numerous times now… So how about a review? I’m really impressed with the quality and taste of their dishes to the point that I’m comfortable trying anything on the menu because I know it will be splendid. My top picks for the dining room are the filets, aged ribeye, and the salmon. You can pair the dishes with some tasty Diablo shrimp, lobster, or other kitchen creations for a bit more, how would Fred Flintstone put it, «clams.» I’ve tried most of their salads and tonight we had the calamari appetizer-wow, just wow! The Flemings potatoes(scalloped) and Thai green beans are always great staples to add along side your dishes. Ask for the creamed corn, even if it’s not on the menu, because it has a lot of flavor especially with those fries jalapeños on top! If you sit in the bar they have amazing happy hour specials on drinks and specialty dishes. You MUST try the baked Brie(my mouth just watered as my taste buds cried little tears of joy) and the scallops! Bar service is top quality and the bar tenders are friendly and helpful. I prefer their French dip over their hamburger, but you be the judge! Generally we have had very good service in the dining area — with the exception of a few hiccups tonight. Thankfully Manager Frank stopped by and asked us how the evening is going and I had a few suggestions to make future evenings better: take someone’s order prior to the appetizers coming out so you don’t have to try to eat around one of their large menus(there is no good place to stick the menus out of the way) and if the server comes up to you and says, «Have you thought about trying that molten lava cake?» And you say, «Yes, please put us down for that.» It’s not a good idea for the server to say, «Well, it’s too early for you to put in for that, but I’ll do my best to remember.» I felt a bit like Bill Engvall and was about to say, «Here’s your sign.» The bathrooms are immaculately clean and very nice. Absolutely 5 stars. So, for 405 clams we had three savory steaks, salmon, a few drinks, three side dishes. I included a 65 clam tip since Frank was very generous and tried to make the appetizer issue«right.» This Flemings does customer service the way it should be done. They apologize for mistakes and try to make things better… I have no problem leaving a 20%+ tip for establishments like this and I’ll keep coming back! If you come for your birthday they give you a little box of truffles and a $ 25 gift card for their Sonoma Sunday Brunch! How about some sexy pics:

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and wow, I was definitely impressed with the service. We added a note when we made the reservations saying that it was our anniversary, and when we arrived, they greeted us with a «happy anniversary!». It was such a nice way to make us feel welcomed! Our table had a little card on it for our anniversary as well! We opted for the seasonal prix fixe menu: Starter — Smoked cheddar & gruyère soup: AMAZING. nice and not too thick, but with enough texture to get you pumped and ready to eat. Great taste, the cheese is subtle enough to not be too heavy! Main — 8 oz fillet mignon with kona coffee run, and 2 grilled lobster tails topped with blue crab meat: The lobster was the best part of this meal. I never had grilled crab on top of lobster but I gotta say, its delicious… Lobster was nice and tender and grilled perfectly. Steak was alright, I mean it was great, but it was as good as any other steak. You could choose different rubs to go on top of the steak and I think I could have done without it. The kona rub had a more tangy bbq kind of taste than I was expecting but still good nonetheless. Dessert — Pumpkin crème brûlée cheesecake: Gosh! Like music in my mouth! The crème brûlée was a nice thin layer on top of a sweet, and not too thick cheesecake. The glassy sugar top gave the dessert just enough extra sweetness and crunch without over powering the taste too much. And omg, their homemade whip crème was amazing!!! I wish I could get a tub of that to bring home for some Netflix and chill. Overall, amazing meal and amazing service. We had an awesome bottle of wine to pair with the meal and our waiter was so nice at coming at the perfect times when the glass was almost empty to refill it back up! We also got a complimentary glass of champagne and a small box of chocolates for our anniversary. They really make you feel welcome here!

We didn’t make a reservation, so we were told it would be a 15 – 20 minute wait. It ended up taking 25 minutes. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, including the hostess, our server Houston, and the wine manager who came and talked to us. Our food came out quickly, but they seemed a bit understaffed at the time(this was Sunday lunch), so it took a while for Houston to notice that our entrée plates were empty because he had so many tables to watch out for. However, whenever he did come to our table, he was also very courteous and did not seem rushed at all. As for the food… We ordered the filet mignon and the ribeye steak, both on the Sonoma Sunday lunch menu. The filet mignon was delicious. It was cooked nicely(ordered medium) and the sauce was delicious. The mushrooms and carrots that came with it were good, too. The ribeye steak was good too, but not in comparison with the filet mignon. I ended up dipping the ribeye in the filet mignon sauce because it was better than the ribeye sauce. However, the portions were TINY. I mean, I knew I wasn’t going to get a big meal at a fancy steakhouse, but my husband and I were both very surprised when our meals came out and they were so small. I mean, even the veggies on the side were tiny. The filet mignon came with three skinny little baby carrots and a few little mushroom slices. Both meals were $ 27-$ 30. They were delicious, but I can’t justify the price because of how small they were. I came out hungry. For dessert, we got the New York cheesecake and it was DELICIOUS.

Had a very enjoyable experience at this location in Rancho Cucamonga. A good friend of mine always recommends Flemings as a nice place for a terrific happy hour. She wasn’t wrong; so glad I took her advice and checked it out. So we arrived about half way through the first happy hour in the bar. Not surprisingly, it was packed, but just waited a few minutes and were able to score three seats at the bar. Once seated, we were greeted by a very friendly bartender who provided excellent service. Also, the bar backs made sure our water glasses never ran dry. You know my pet peeve about an empty water glass(I believe it to be a major indicator of the quality of service). We ordered glasses of wine which are priced by the ounce; opted for the 6 oz pour and wasn’t disappointed. Don’t remember what the name was, but for a house selection, it was tasty. Then, just ordered an appetizer, the Burrata. I learned that it’s mozzarella which is then filled with crème. I seriously recommend this app! My good friend couldn’t stop talking about how this is the best cheese she has ever eaten; I admit it was really good. Loved how it was served in a small glass jar with a side of Arugula and roasted grape tomatoes. Yum!
