Came in on a Friday for a lunch that was provide by my job. We were set up in the back room, nice and roomy enough to fit 30 of us. Service was perfect. The two waitresses did a fantastic job taking care of us and making sure we were never empty on drinks and mad sure we had everything we needed. We started with trio platter, which was a good way to start and get a taste of different items. They also brought out some nice warm bread. I don’t know what the bread had, but it was addicting. Warning. hahah. I ordered the Roasted Tri-Tip with mashed potatoes and veggies. Delicious! Cooked to perfection. Very juicy. For dessert I ordered the Chocolate Milkshake. Let me tell you, it was the smallest, I believe, dessert in their menu. Some of my coworkers ordered The Motherload. That thing is HUGE! But overall, great experience and great food. I will be coming back for sure.

Came in for a regular Friday night family dinner with the babies(3 kids, 5,4,2). Our waiter was Milton, he was patient, kind and very attentive. Kid’s food was a little on the salty side, but ours didn’t dissapoint. Definitely consider coming back soon.

Came in for Sunday brunch a couple of weeks ago with my mom and sister. Pretty decent sized spread that included the usual breakfast type foods – omlette station, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, pancakes, french toast – and the lunch offerings – chicken tenders, pulled pork sliders, bbq chicken pizza, chicken parmigiana, pasta, enchiladas, fajitas, beans, rice, nachos, soups, salad, and desserts. Bottomless mimosas & bloody marys. Our server was attentive and kept the table cleared and our drinks filled. So yes, we are fans! We will be bach!

As a former server(Claim Jumper server to be precise) I hold CJ service standards to a higher regard and our service last night was less than stellar from a server called Brenda. She was not attentive to our table at all. When I have to ask for a refill of root beer, ask for the bread that you told us was coming for the table and then clarify what bread I am talking about when SHE said it in the first place then I get pissed off! The topper, though, and specifically why I am writing this review is because she kindly boxed up my food and I watched her use her hands to pull apart my bbq chicken pizza and pick each half up with her bare hands and put them in the box!!! Are you kidding me?! Brenda I do not know what barn you were raised in, but how FOUL! I know, as a server, how many germs you come into contact with touching peoples’ utensils, plates… not to mention cash tips etc! I am 9 mos. pregnant and my immune system is very susceptible to germs and you actually touched my food?! I had only been able to eat two pieces of pizza and was looking forward to lunch the next day, but that box went right into the garbage. I hope the managers read this and maybe review the proper way to handle food with Brenda because she has clearly forgotten. Oh and she forgot the side of ranch that I asked for to-go… but thanks to her I didn’t need it. Food great. Service crap.

My husband and I went to Claim Jumper for lunch today. We haven’t been there for a long time. We were very disappointed. The food was just okay. I wasn’t impressed by the items on the menu. We won’t be going back

I love this place. The happy hour is great and the spinach artichoke good is always a hit. Sunday brunch has went down a lot. The good always seems old and the amount of entrees they have out has changed. Adriana is great though. She works the omlette station and it’s always great. Love her to pieces. She’s very friendly.

Too bad I told four families let’s go here for dinner. We called ahead and made a reservation. Once we got here I realized I have their paid membership reward card. I ask their very rude hostess if it matters at all and she couldn’t find her happy face to reply. I was not rude didn’t even expect it would matter with a large party, but I wanted to ask. Service like this makes people never come back or recommend. I think it’s time for a career change for her.

Came in for dinner last night. Service was really slow and it wasn’t even that busy. Maybe they were short staffed. The forks and knives were super dirty with food stuck on them. Pretty disgusting. Beware of the utensils. Be sure to check then before using. My cup was dirty as well. Food was stuck inside near the bottom. I didn’t notice till I drank 75% of my lemonade. I am very disappointed with this claim jumper. Don’t think I’ll be returning. Time for T.G.I.F to get my money.

I had not been to this restaurant for a few years; so disappointed. The food was not good. The quality has really gone downhill. I ordered the country fried steak and mashed potatoes. This meal used to come with two thin cuts of steak, wonderful mashed potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit. All covered in great country gravy. Last night’s meal only had one piece of steak. The mashed potatoes and gravy did not have any flavor. No biscuit either. Not a good meal. The rest of the family had similar experiences with their meals.

I love this place! My friend and I enjoy stopping in and sitting at the bar to watch the football games and the bartenders are always very friendly. They always make sure our drinks are never empty and the food is always hot! Very generous portion sizes and relatively cheap for the amount of food you get. I wish the location was better because I think it would be bring in more people in for business but nonetheless, five stars for you guys! We will be back soon!

I have been here multiple times. Every time we go it is busy. However every time we go the food is just bland as bland can be. Its one of those places where you say«did I really just pay for that». Its not that it is bad but when you are paying for a nice meal you want something tasty. This place was not tasty at all. In fact it was mediocre at best. The service was good but nothing else really matters when your food isn’t good. Well that is just my opinion. Hopefully I won’t get stuck eating here again.

So disappointed the service was subpar. From the moment we were sat, our table was not ready. We had to ask for everything 2−3x’s our high chair, ketchup even our water. Our order was all wrong and when it was finally served it was cold. The waitress was nice although not very competent. The manager attempted to make things right but it was too late. We will not be back.

Our service was exceptional. Our server Brandon was friendly, helpful, quick, and offered enough refills, which I always appreciate. For whatever reason, they seemed understaffed. Poor guy was back and forth across the restaurant, but still managed to take care of us and tables around us. He didn’t ignore or scoff at any requests, even after someone in my party sent back their food. He did exceptionally well. Also, the restaurant was very clean, smelled good, and had a pleasant ambiance, with holiday music playing softly. With that being said, the food left us perplexed. We’ve been patrons of the Claim Jumper chain for many years. We expected this location to live up to our expectations, as we have never had a bad experience before. This was a different story. The food was lacking, the(complimentary) bread was stale, the salad bar could benefit from a little more variety, and the entrée I ordered(Jambalaya Pasta) was blah. I am pretty partial to a similar dish at CPK, but still… Overcooked shrimp and a weird Cajun gravy all over it. Not a fan. I guess if you stick with the classics, it’s safe. I am remniscent of a good steak and a good bowl of potato soup, but I won’t stray from the known and I won’t return to this location unless I break down on the 15 and I’m desperate. Keep server Brandon, reevaluate your cooks/recipes, stick with the classics.

Ever since Gary the Manager left, it is not like it used to be… I think they got heir cooks from Taco Bell… steaks are always dry and chewy… ribs are cold and slimey… cheese bread is pre-made and taste like it’s out of a plastic bag… very, very disappointing… spend your money elsewhere.

Decent happy hour. Lots of items to choose from ranging from $ 3 – 10. I got the small caesar salad and pulled pork sliders. The sliders would have been better with more sauce and the salad was a decent size(only lettuce, croutons, and dressing). My boyfriend ordered the steak nachos and there was barely any steak in the nachos. Let’s just say… The beans were almost bigger than the steak bits. The nachos were $ 5(happy hour) so I guess the quality was expected to be a little lower but by that much? Come on! In addition, terrible service! We waited nearly an hour for our food and approximately 20 minutes to get our drinks from the time we sat down. Overall, for the price that we paid and the quality of food combined with the poor customer service… I wouldn’t come back to this location. Maybe another one since the happy hour had some good deals.

Killer Brunch only $ 17.99 and for $ 2.99 unlimited soft drinks, orange juice, champagne. They had a variety of selection from roast beef, chicken, omelettes, salad bar and so much more. It was very busy but the wait staff was unbelievably on top of everything. My server was Jacque and she made sure we had everything we needed. Jackie was able listen to us but stayed on top of all the other guest in her area. Outstanding Excellent Service Award goes to Jacque and Christina. Christina the other server in our area who would stop by our table also. The price is so right and the food is so good. This place is on FLEEK!

A great place to eat, however this place is super popular so be ready to wait 30 – 45 for a table. Don’t let the long wait deter you from eating here as the food and service is worth the wait. For one of the sides you can choose to do the produce bar. You get to fill up one plate with as much goodness as you can pile into your plate. There is so much to choose from that you run out of space. The service was great and the food was fresh and super tasty. There was so much food but we ate it all as we were on vacation. Our waitress name was Kristalyn — she was top notch and very attentive. She did a great job serving the people in her section. She kept the table clean of dirty dishes and kept our glasses full and even brought more of that delicious bread. We ordered the Drunk Chicken and the Roasted Tri-Tip. I highly recommend both.
