Hooters

Wings were good, after waiting for 45 min. Server took our drinks for a refill and didn’t come back with them, and she completely forgot to put in our appetizer order. The Cajun wings were salty and that was about all I could taste. I did enjoy the chipotle honey. Don’t think I will be returning just for that. Too many other great places to go.

Never had any big issues here. Great customer service everytime I go. Roya is ONE of my favorite bartenders there.

My buddies help me move. So I took him to Hooters to get some beer and some wings afterwards. All 5 of us had a massive diarrhea half an hour after we ate. 3 years ago. I thought it would not have been a fluke. So I went back. And then I got sick again. I will never go to Hooters in my life ever again. Not even use your bathroom

So the service was slow and the food was below average… Otherwise, it was lovely.
I know what I’m getting when I go to a Hooters. Decent wings, cold beer, slow service decked out in high rise orange shorts with nylons and a cut up tee, a TV to watch the game and my little upset with her order. Just like clockwork, all of that came true here at my first visit to this location of the world renowned chain of boob, I mean owl, fronted establishments.
I really, really want to like Hooters. I want to come back when I’m in town and I want to like my meal. It just isn’t going to happen. However, because I like wings, cold beer and the game — I shall return. I will walk in with a smile, listen to the boss grumble about the meal and the shorts, then leave, sans the smile.

Came here with my husband, daughter and friend. Was not given a children’s menu or crayons for her. Was told twice by two different servers that they had to print one out for her but she never received one. The waitress was so unfriendly it was ridiculous. She held absolutely no conversation whatsoever with us, gave us one word answers whenever we asked her a question, didn’t ask us if we wanted any drinks so my husband ended up having to flag someone down to take our drink order. We came on a slow day and there were tons of empty tables, yet service was seriously lacking. There were 3 booths next to us with trash and half eaten food just sitting there the entire hour we were there. Do you guys not have bus boys? The whole time we were all talking about how this woman must hate her job because it really shows. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the food is always consistent. Always very yummy. My husband didn’t end up tipping her anything because the service was that bad. Train your employees better!

Service is ok. Car was broken into and two back packs where stolen. I hear this is the norm here.

We try to come by for lunch every couple weeks. The service, mainly Alexis :-), is always fantastic. Everyone is smiling and helpful no matter where you are sitting. I would recommend this location 100%

I mean, what do you expect? Does anyone come here for the wings, really? Don’t get me wrong, the food ain’t bad, but it ain’t great. That service though. The girls here always keep me coming back. I know they’re just indulging an older gentleman for a bigger tip, but I hardly mind. The ladies here can’t be beat. I’m big on service and that’s what they provide, great service with a side of warm conversation. Keep up the good work, girls.

This place has slowly degraded to the point where hairy-​legged pregnant women are serving these days. The dining room is a mess at any time of day and the prices have risen from affordable to very high in only a few months. Example; the ten wing + curly fries meal used to be under ten bucks and now it’s almost $ 20! The staff is rude and the bathrooms are a use-​at-​your-​own-​risk hazard. Hooters in Rancho has the become the Wal-​Mart of local eateries. I am never going there again.

Awesome staff beautiful girls super attentive on a very busy night as a woman I really appreciate these girls and how have asked for better service

This place has the worst customer service ever. The waitresses are lazy and spend time chatting with one another while customers await to be seated. The food is really delicious and reasonable for the quality but due to the poor service I don’t for see eating eating here again at least not as dine in

Oh-​no, sorry… not again!
We ordered beer and margaritas, drinks were OK — nothing special, the same old coronas, Heineken, etc. We ordered Garlic Chicken Wings, and Onion rings as our side. The chicken wings were the worst, it just tasted like a dried, old chicken wing battered and fried. Chicken tasted so yucky, as though it was cooked and left dried in the sun for a few weeks, and reheated, and topped with excessive terribly tasting garlic sauce. Onion rings on the other hand was OK, but so-​much oil in it, it just was dripping if you even squeeze a little bit. We spoiled our dinner today. The price is definitely not worth the quality, or taste.

Shelby was my server and she may have been the only server tonight… regardless she was wonderful.
She also had a good figure for the dress code here…
My first ever visit to a Hooter’s and I’ll return for the wings!
I sampled the Daytona and general Tso flavored wings. Thoroughly enjoyed both.
Great music on the whole time and the rum was good.

Ok so I am a chicken wing feein so with that being said you already know I’ve been here on the unlimited wing Wednesdays. The broads in skimpy clothing is really quite tacky, but a good selection of beer, wings, or giants/​kings game is a good enough reason to come here every now and then.
Now I will not come any other time. Watching a group of guys who drool over the girls there is really perverted but I try not to pay attention to that. The options of favor of wings are pretty broad my favorite is the chipotle honey and they are actually really good
This is close to my job so grabbing a drink here now and then is ok but I only come for the wings and curley fries. Also they take phone orders as well.

Likely one of the most busiest lunch hours of the week yet this management continuously fails to orientate its operation with the intent of customer satisfaction. To include the bartender, this restaurant had a total of two servers and the sour puss manager who lacks a pleasant attitude and a hospitable disposition. A third server did arrived shortly before we departed. Needless to say and consistent with my last visit, the service was horrible, scarce, and receiving items ordered unreasonably delayed and at room temperature. In addition, half of the restaurant was cordoned off which happened to be the only area of the restaurant that was not blearing overly loud music. The manger did little to nothing to assist the servers and never greeted nor assisted us or anyone else who made the mistake of visiting this restaurant. It is obvious that this franchisee is in the infancy of failure and in such seems determined to develop formally loyal Hooters customers as myself. I did have an occasion once to visit the franchisee’s Fresno restaurant but never choose to again. It appeared that most, if not all, of those servers were recruited from the local probation department as an alternative to incarceration. I was recently in Honolulu and choose to pass that franchisee’s restaurant considering my experience with the other franchisee’s restaurants. Make no mistake about it, having traveled and worked in numerous locations domestically and in 11 foreign counties, I generally made it a point to visit the local Hooters restaurant. Now that has changed and I am looking forward to a Hooters competitor entering the Sacramento area marketplace which will significantly and negatively impact Hooters’ business for the reasons mentioned. This franchisee’s only obvious successful strategy is apparently to diminish the allure of visiting a Hooters restaurant and trust me it is working.

This place is a huge disappointment. They forgot our food multiple times and brought everyone’s plate out separately. On top of that the food sucked! Hooters try too find the hottest girls to work there but none of them have common sense or a damn brain.

It’s hard to believe I finally returned to this place and it was actually worse than the last time but still one star is all available to express how horrible this place is.
I walk in I sit down I’m watching my game the TV goes out I asked the manager if she has my football team on another TV she says what your team I tell her she walks away 10 minutes later she returned asked me who is my team 10 minutes later I’m leaving she asked me what I like her to turn on the TV again well I’m certainly not here for the food.
And no I was never offered anything to drink while sitting in the bar.

I had a good time. Went for a friends birthday and we had a blast. The girls will entertain you if you interact with them. Chandley does the funnest stuff but she will only be there on Fridays from now on. :(I’ll be back just to sit with her!
Everyone was very helpful and all the servers and the manager came by our table. This is my new favorite Hooters in Sac!

I wish I could say something about the food or the waitresses… When you walk in; there is a sign that says «Please wait to be seated.» However I was told to sit wherever I wanted by the bartender. I ended up cleaning off a table myself since there wasn’t a clean table in the place. I sat for 15 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me after that… Wow. I feel like I should have left an invoice since I cleaned off the table for them. The funnier part was that I was there to place a huge order for a company get together… We ended up going with Wingstop…

Ah hooters. Well I have never been to one so I had to go and see what the fuss is all about. Are the wings actually good? or is it just a good excuse to go look at girls? A little of both i suppose. Granted being a girl, it was a bit of a different experience for me, but I see the draw on both sides. The girls are attractive, and I appreciated that they are actually naturally attractive, with REAL assets, not super thin with fake boobage everywhere. If you like brunettes come here, most of the girls are tan and brunette.
AND the place is huge!!! I would come here with friends and the SO for football sunday and not be too worried about waiting for a table. This is definitely a locals spot, one of those places where we got stared down when we walked in by everyone at the bar. The bar is huge too!
The drinks are actually really good, i enjoyed my margarita. We ordered the Tex Mex Nachos, and a wings and ribs entrée. It was good, not great, not bad. I was just happy that the girls did hula hoop at one point so i got the full hooters experience. Would i come back? sure if a group of friends want to go, or to watch a game. would we come back just to enjoy a meal? probably not.
