Pizza Hut

Last couple of weekends we have been ordering pizza from them because both times we enjoyed it and we decided to do the same this weekend. Well that was the last time we will order from them as they gave us a pizza with no damn cheese! And it was beyond greasy and makes me believe that the previous comments were correct about using extra butter to fool the customers. So disappointing

Been a customer for 11 months going on average 3x a month spending over $ 40 each time. Highly recommend you avoid the sanctuary conditions and the upper management staff. I assume their rude due to the American language barrier. But I would give this Establishment 0 of 5 if possible. May get better the turnover rate seems to be high… and questionable to say the least

This is the absolute worst location to acquire food with which I have ever had the misfortune of dealing. Multiple interactions, each one as bad or worse than the last. Will not be giving them any additional business and recommend others to look elsewhere.

I just got a pizza with no f***ing cheese on it! WTF pizza Hut that’s disgusting. I hate you and everything you stand for. You’ve triggered my depression. I hate the world.

Ran out of Cheese. Hence, replaced with Butter.
Do you guys ever taste what you make?
No wonder the reviews reflect the business.
Lots need to be changed around at this place.

I have ordered pizza twice this month from Pizza Hut. I have done the online ordering and picked it up in store. I have had zero waiting times. I show up and the pizza is ready. My coworkers love this place. I’m so glad we are so close to be able to order. The cookie dessert is sooo good too! It seems that this place has a load of bad reviews but they have been good to me so far.

This location never honors any deals. ANY!
Besides that, the service is poor. Our orders always have something wrong. The other Pizza hut won’t deliver to us so were always stuck going here. I would really suggest taking your service elsewhere. The wait time to receive your order is always out of hand. They charge $ 4.00 for delivery and the driver stands at the door expecting more money, which I wouldn’t mind with good service but c’mon man

I decided to order Pizza Hut, haven’t had it in a while. Pizza looked horrible and tasted horrible, Id rather get a cheap $ 5 little Caesar’s pizza… First & last trip there.

Ordered over the phone for pickup. When we went into the store to get the pizza around 8:30ish they tried to charge us for the wrong order. We waited for a half hour and then they burned the breadsticks we were waiting on with our pizza. Then they gave us a $ 5 credit and a free 2L to replace the breadsticks. The pizza wasnt very good and the sauce was turning brown. Threw the leftovers out. Yuck… Avoid this joint… Pay less at little ceazers and get a better pizza and better service.

We went in to pick up an online order. We had great experiences before but when we went in today, we stood there waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. TWO people looked and waved at us but no one came over to help us. The pizza was mediocre today. It’s usually our favorite pizza. I don’t know if they had an off day or something but we might have to find a new pizza place if the next time is the same experience.

Absolutely a joke of a location. Ordered a pizza online for 6p delivery. It never arrived & no one at the location would answer the phone. Avoid this location! Lousy customer service.

In a nutshell we waited for over 2 hours to get our order wrong. The manager EMILY was so rude and disrespectful, she thinks because she makes $ 9.50 hr, she can talk down to people. My order never got fixed and I never received my second pizza, when I asked for the #, she gave me a fake number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SPOT IF YOU LIKE YOUR ORDER CORRECT AND YOUR PIZZA HOT. Also if you are wanting peppers and/​or parmesan cheese go somewhere else.

About once a year i try to give this place another chance… Usually when I’m getting hangry and nothing else is open. A friend and I ordered online, put in my credit card info and got a call right away saying that delivery would be about an hr and 15 minutes and that they were out of the crust i wanted. Okay fair enough right? My fault for placing an order online instead of calling a human. An hr and some odd minutes later the driver gets there and asks for cash… I was confused so i said no… I put all my card info in online. I dont have enough cash on me (had $ 5 on me for a tip) so he called the store to charge my card… Still confused as to why the online system took my card info yet didnt charge me… Sketchy!
Then open the box and there was about 15 pieces of pepperoni on the large and maybe 1 oz of olives… I just paid $ 20 for a crappy crappy under topped pizza. And every time i have ever ordered here its the same. Never again. Dominos is way better when it comes to the «cheaper» pizza chains.
Blech.

We order pizza pretty regularly as we are big fans and I especially like Pizza Hut but the service at this location is the worse! I usually order online and the estimated time of delivery is about 50 minutes, but it is always late by at least 30 minutes. I have called asking for the status, and always get the same answer: it should be there any minute, but usually takes another 20 minutes. It would be nice if they would let me know they’re going to be that late instead of me having to follow up after over an hour.

If it were possible to give them zero stars I would. I’m extremely flexible when placing large orders but this was just unacceptable service. My large and extended family met together & ordered 6 large pizzas for everyone. We specifically asked how long we could expect our order & was told 45 minutes tops. Not only did it take OVER 2 hours, we were given only 5 pizzas. We refused to pay for all 6 when we only got 5. The driver wouldn’t give us our pizzas until we paid & even had us call the store to give us any kind of break.
I’ve never had to wait so long for delivery and it was the poorest service from the driver. After an extended phone call on hold, we were finally given a discount and allowed to take our pizzas. We had several children in our party waiting hours for good they were promised hours before. It’s just disappointing that something so simple was so horribly handled. I shouldn’t have been surprised when I saw the other reviews. I shouldn’t have even given them the chance.

This is the worst review I have given so far, I think I am still being too nice!
Let me explain that I have lived about one block away for the past six years and have only ordered from here TWICE. The first time I ordered pasta and it was okay, even though it took longer than what they said.
This time I ordered a pizza box and some wings. Big mistake! The pizza, the breadsticks, and cinnasticks were stale. But the wings, oh my god, they were RAW!!! Both my 10 year old son and I ate one and didn’t notice because of the sauce. My older son noticed his piece was raw, so I checked them one by one. When I called to complain they offered to remake them or to refund the wings only. I explained that raw chicken is dangerous and that they could be shut down for health code violations. They refunded my $ 15, I swear I will never eat at any Pizza Hut again. I should have known better!

The pizza was nasty. I ordered over the phone, the girl who answered was nice and very helpful. I paid $ 30 for two pizzas which seem a bit overpriced for quantity/​quality. I wish I could get me money back and go somewhere else (Steve’s, Costco, anywhere).
Pizza Hut is not good, at least at this location. The only thing good I can think of is their personal pan pizza you can get from the Target food court. Those are good for the kids.

Only giving it 2 stars because I LOVE THE PIZZA AND WINGS.
WORST WORST WORST customer service in the world. I once walked in for pic up. A girl was making a pizza towards the back and clearly seen I was upfront. She made zero attempt to help me or call for anyone else to. I decided to get her attention and started crank calling her. She had no issue picking up the phone. After my 4^th call I started laughing. She finally came up to help. I kindly let her know my thoughts as KIND as I could possibly could. LOL

Took over an hour for delivery on a Monday night. The pizza wasn’t hot. Ordered one of the new garlic bacon chicken pizzas to try. They really skimped on the toppings. No bacon to be found. Ordered another pizza that was better but still not great. My expectations weren’t all that high to begin with but I was still underwhelmed.
If only Papa Murphy’s delivered…

WORST service EVER!!! The girl was so rude, first of all she over cooked the pizza and then she says this how it will come out even if I make it again! She gave so much attitude n then I was fearing she’s just gonna spit in my food
