The Dominos on Fair Oaks in Carmichael Ca. Great service, friendly people who work there and even better pizzas than the more expensive stores out there. I don’t give five stars often. Edmon

Really yummy pizza especially with the hand tossed crust. My husband likes the thin crust and I have no idea why. It isn’t very good. We eat here a lot. We love their 5.99 deal. I use the app to order which is very easy and quick. I choose exactly what I want and the app even shows me when it’s getting prepped and cooked and ready for pick up. I love that. Very good deal. Their extras like pastas and chicken wings are great too. Dominos has come a long way and they have not disappointed me yet. Will use them again. Love the convenience and with the app i never really have to talk to anyway. Everything is done online now. That’s pretty awesome.

Pizza is mediocre and the customer service is poor. Dominoes has fallen off just like all the other franchise pizza joints. I try to stick with the mom and pop pizza businesses if I want good pizza.

Every time I’ve ordered the specialty chicken its been normal but this time I found weird little tendons and a tube looking thing in my chicken which was pretty gross. The manager offered a free side with my next order though, hopefully I never find weird tubes in my chicken again! 4 stars for the service and cause this was the only time anything like this has ever happened with dominos, mistakes are bound to happen at least once, right?

I’m honestly really surprised by all the negative reviews. For cheap, carry-out chain pizza, this place is great! Their 2+ items for $ 5.99 each is a great deal and our go-to football night feast. We love bbq-pepperoni-jalapeño pizza, their jalapeño-pineapple specialty chicken, and their garlic bread bites. This store in particular has really friendly employees. I order online, and my order has always – to the minute – been being boxed up right when I asked for it. They make everything reliably tasty every time, and I always feel like I’m getting my money’s worth(as opposed to the store on El Camino across from Walmart, which is hit and miss depending on how sober the employees are). If you’re going for cheap pizza/chicken/breadsticks, you can’t beat this store.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE I’ve ordered online several times for both delivery & pickup, never an issue. I order online tonight for delivery(already too late for pickup) & was told around 10:20pm by the online pizza tracker my order was on the way & would be here in 26 – 36 min. At 11:01 still no pizza. I call & am told that my pizza JUSTLEFTTHESTORE7 minutes prior to my call. I asked for a manager & some snot named Vacy came on the line full of attitude & snapping her gum at me. She then proceeds to tell me her driver told her that there was no answer & she can send him back out. HELLNO. I live in an apartment & the instructions are to call me at the gate. NEVER been an issue. No one called from the gate(I have call logs to back this up) n and NOONE knocked on my door! I told her I wanted a refund & she said fine it will be 3 – 5 business days before I see it extremely rudely & when I asked for a confirmation # she said she said she couldn’t give one. When I asked who HER manager was & could I call & talk to them tomorrow, she said she’s the store manager & her manager is never in & she doesn’t know what I expect her to do for me. All I could say at that point was WOW, you have HORRIBLE fucking customer service, I will not be ordering from you again & she hung up on me. I then emailed my complaint to corporate & I hope that snot nosed gum snapping twit gets fired!

After all the hype and commercials about how much Domino’s pizza has improved, I thought I’d give it a whack after passing them by for many years. I mean, Domino’s Pizza was always the sucky last resort after drinking too much cheap beer back in the day. I ordered 2 pizzas — one with pepperoni and onion, the other with sausage, mushrooms and olives. The price was higher than advertised, but still cheap so whatevs. The pepperoni was OK-tasting, but blessed only with a somewhat miserly quantity of toppings. The sausage, mushroom and olive on the other hand was underwhelming, despite a fairly generous sprinkle of toppings. The mushrooms ended up dried out and cardboard-y, and the whole thing lacked flavor, other than the rather penetrating garlic note(present on both pizzas). I tasted this garlic note for many hours after eating the pizza. Not the most pleasant taste after a while. The 100-degree temperatures outside were the reason I opted to get these pizzas instead of Papa Murphy’s so as to avoid the need to heat up the house with a 425-degree oven. However, in retrospect I should have toughed out the heat and gotten the take and bake pies. They are, in all respects, vastly superior to Domino’s — new and improved or not. Dropping a few extra bucks at Round Table or Mountain Mike’s is an excellent investment in much better pizza.

I finally have a Domino’s right down the street for me. I was so excited and happy when I heard they were opening out here. I lived in VA for a while and they had one on every corner. Then moved out here and couldn’t fine one anywhere! Staff here are very nice an there pizza is great! I have no complaints!

This is quite literally the worst Dominos restaurant I have ever ordered from. I have ordered from here twice with the same outcome; undercooked bread and very little cheese, leaving a very greasy, undesirable taste in the mouth… Last time I ordered I had just gotten over being sick, and let’s just say, after a few bites I was headed to the bathroom to puke them back up. I also ordered a pasta dish with that last order, it came with dry sausage and burnt cheese. Shitty restaurant — you need new staff.

New owners, Use to have people who worked their for many years! They were great, they fired all of them and Now they are barely operating. No supplys or they run out! Think twice or order from some other Pizza chain! Pizza should not be that hard to please/or make?

Went in today to get a small feast for the family and was helped by the GM. I believe that her name was Jade or Jane. I just wanted to say that she was absolutely amazing with my order and took her time to help me get exactly what I needed to make my evening with my family great! Thanks again.

I made an account on Unilocal just to review this Dominos because I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered from this location today after moving to Carmichael so I cannot speak for consistency but my pizza today was wonderful. I worked for Dominos for 3+Years before moving to attend school, so I would like to think I know good Dominos Pizza from bad Dominos Pizza, I have certainly eaten enough of it. The Good: I ordered around 1:30 shortly after the 49ers Home Opener started and my pizza was at my door in 25 – 35 minutes. My driver got here very quickly after leaving the store and was a great ambassador for the company, he seemed to love his job. My pizza was well-made with proper topping proportions, dough was slapped evenly, cooked thoroughly and it arrived hot. It could have been hotter, but I order light sauce which retains far less heat in the box, so it was understandable and still a totally acceptable temperature. The Bad: My Pizza had no Garlic Crust on it, and my Cheesy Bread had no garlic shake as well. I’m not sure if this is normal for this location as this was my first time ordering. Small mistake, and it certainly doesn’t ruin a well-made pizza. Hope this helps anyone who may read it.

I just had my first sandwich from Dominos Pizza and was seriously disappointed. When I got the sandwich it looked really good, but when I took my first bite it was all bad. The cheese was burnt, it had about 10 pieces of each ingredient and was tasteless. The manager gave me credit for another sandwich so I will try another sandwich. If it wasn’t free I would not even consider going back there.

Easy to order through their website and they always have specials going on. Pizza is okay if you consider their competitive pricing. Delivery is faster than the other local pizza places around here. I have and alway will order from this pizza place.

The pizza’s pretty cheap and always good. The parmesan bites are so effin’ good. Even the crust is worth eating since they put seasoning on it. We order from here pretty often. Of the few times we’ve had the pizza delivered, there was only one time when we were like«where in the fresh hell is our pizza?» because the delivery guy took nearly 45 minutes from when the updater thingy said that he left to the time that he arrived at our place. Maybe he was taking that extra delivery time to toke up on the clock or something. Who knows? I think that dude got a lot of complaints and isn’t working there anymore, though, because we’ve never had a problem since. Not gonna blame the store for the poor work of one employee.

Hands down, I love these guys and gals. I work nearby and frequently forget to bring anything to eat with me, and they have been my lifesavers. An aside: I recently decided to switch to eating«gluten-free» and was unsure about trying«gluten-free» pizza dough. I was pleasantly surprised though — and now even my son prefers the gf crust to the regular crust! Gluten-free crust is pricey and I wish they had more options for sizes, but that is not controlled by this location. I usually order online for delivery. They have always gotten my order correct, and the crust has always been perfect. The delivery drivers have all been friendly and have gotten the pizza dropped off when it is still hot and fresh. On the rare times that I have gone in to pick up a pizza, they have all been friendly and recognized me from my order(I am a creature of habit). I’ve ordered pizza for family members who are die-hard«not-a-fan-of-Domino’s» types and they even loved the pizzas from this location. Thanks so much for being so awesome!!!

I had kept track of my online order and the web tracker said that it had been delivered when it hadn’t even arrived. I called and was put on hold for four minutes to be told that he would probably be there soon. What is the point of a tracker if it is inaccurate? I made sure to note that the delivery guy’s name was Michael from the review part of the tracker. I was fearful that it would not arrive. It arrived 10 minutes late. The pizza would have been better if it didn’t show up cold.

I ordered the spinach and feta as well as the cheese stuffed bread. The stuffed bread hardly had any cheese in the bread, as fae as flavor goes, it’s just okay nothing special. I probably would not order it again though.

Ok, I got a $ 50 Gift card, the closest Domino’s Pizza is 25mins from my house, what would you do? Yup thats right, SPLURGGG!!! Also i wanted to see whats with the hype of them having this new pizza sauce so i decided to be the judge. I ordered a Fiery Hawaiian Pizza, Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch, and 2 orders of the Chicken Kickers along with 2 orders of Hot wings. I was so eager to try the food that i end up chomping it down in the parking lot in my car. Yup, thats how i do it. Windows got all fogged it, looked like i was hot boxing. hahaha. So here’s the results, the Fiery Hawaiian was pretty tasty which included ham, pineapple chucks and jalapeño’s. There was enough toppings and it didnt fall of the crust. *see at pix* The end of the crust was very crispy and had a hint of buttery taste, but the crust on the bottom was ok, wasn’t as crispy as the end. Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch was ok. Very rich and cream from the ranch sauce and provalone cheese. There could of been more chicken and bacon but they decided to load it up with more cheese and ranch. *see pix* Chicken Kickers, didn’t really appeal to me even though i had 2 orders. I think Micky D’s taste better. The chicken was white meat but didnt have much flavor and tasted worst than frozen chicken nugget. They give you little tubs of «hot» dipping sauce but it just made the nugget worst Buffalo wings, wasn’t a big fan of it cuz they super soaked it in BBQ sauce. As i was watching them cook it, they toss their chicken in foil and let it run through the same oven as their pizza. Ghetto but i guess they gotta do what they gotta do. Overall, i was pretty impressed with the pizza especially the fiery hawaiian but the kickers and hot wings brought the rating down. I wouldnt mind checking out this pizza joint again, but only if im in the area. I would give this place 3.5 stars but since ½’s isn’t an option, you get dropped to 3 cuz not many locations.
