I used to love planet swirl! We used to go weekly, then, management changed, they took away all the peanut butter products. And the frozen yogurt just is not as tasty, I am no longer a fan and haven’t been in months! Let’s yo is a lot better!

The new owner is so pleasant and accommodating. She gives the parties a personal touch. The yogurt is delicious and could easily pass for ice cream. Very clean and kid friendly. I went in when she just took over and credit card machine was down, I didn’t have cash on me, she just said come back another time with the money. Who does that anymore. Yes I did go back next day. They did the same for a buddy of mine which built my loyalty.

Unfortunately, a change in ownership has taken its’ toll on Planet Swirl. What used to be the creamiest yogurt is now icy and watery. The price has increased by 11%. Too bad.

A cool looking place to hang out and slurp up some frozen goodies if you’re a kid or young teenager, done with an outer space theme inside. The berry smoothie was good. Tasty. Cold. Service was friendly. Price point was high, so be aware of what you’re dumping into those cups. Do light stuff, like krispies, sprinkles, or coconut. The candy topping will kill your wallet.

I went to planet swirl cause I was craving a fruity smoothie and the lady working was nice enough to let me customize my drink without extra charge! She was very nice and talkative. The interior is really cool and clean. I definitely recommend going here, especially if you’re craving sweet froyo flavors!

We’ve stopped at Planet Swirl for dessert on a number of occasions on our way back home after eating out or running errands. We like it because it’s always clean and generally friendly, and I don’t need my fro-yo with a side of loud music and boobs(looking at you, Cups). Tried to stop tonight, and I remarked to my husband that I hated that we would be rolling in so close to closing time, but it’s not like it takes very long to do the self-serve yogurt sundae thing. I’ve worked in both retail and restaurants, and I know what it’s like to be counting those minutes and waiting until close when a last minute customer walks in. I needn’t have worried though, bc the two teenaged girls running the place had evidently complained to their boss that it was a slow night and got permission to shut down early… we arrived at 9:49 and the door was locked, chairs were already up, and the machines were being cleaned. I worked at a Greek restaurant in college. There was a TON of stuff to do after close, which was 11 on most nights and midnight on weekends– clean the flat top, dump the oil, wipe counters, mop and vacuum, clean the bathrooms, store all the perishables, stock the beverage case, make sure stuff was straight for morning– and there was only ever one person that closed. Sure, a lot of it was accomplished during slow spells, when we had them, but if someone walked in one minute before closing time, we understood from day one that the grill would be hot and they would be served with a smile, or we would be out of a job the next day. I’m sure the boss(and sole owner) lost money some nights and made it others, but that place has been in business for well over twenty years. Have you ever needed something last minute from the grocery store and arrived only to find that they decided to close early because it was a slow night? Nope. Doesn’t happen, because it’s bad customer service and bad business. I’m sure the $ 11 we didn’t spend isn’t affecting the owners bottom line, but what’s the point of having posted business hours if you don’t stick to them? We had other closer options for a treat tonight, and I guess we chose poorly.

Just had a birthday party at the private room of Planet Swirl-Ramsey location. Such a great experience, The place is very cozy, large room, music, great ambiance. The owners are very helpful and accommodated us well. The frozen yogurt cakes were excellent. No hidden charges. Thank you for the great experience!

Planet Swirl is the best frozen yogurt place in Bergen County! The flavors are always changing and there are over 20 different toppings. My kids love to come here(so do I). I also like to planet themed décor. It adds to the fun of having a fro yo treat.

I love planet swirl! They have so many different flavors, and I love to mix and match! I also love that they have a wide selection of toppings and ice cream flavors! I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a great make-it-yourself ice cream place.

I like the variety of experimental flavors that planet swirl as to offer. I don’t really like the standard Greek yogurt flavor so I always try something new when I go there. I’ve had the caramel, vanilla, green apple, Oreo, cake batter and more and all have been good. Try something new here everytime and you won’t be disappointed. The toppings are all good as well, go for the caramel turtles and choc pretzels! The yogurt is a little pricy but it’s good so it’s worth it every now and then.

My 8 yr old son has gone to many parties here and asked that we check it out as a family. It is really cute! very trendy tiled modern feel. Cute booths and tables. INCREDIBLE variety of flavors to choose from, which is what sets this apart from most others! The fixins bar is jam packed with the standard(and then some) goodies. I would say of all of the yogurt places in the area, this will be the one that I would actually drive for and not just end up there because I am shopping in town.

I always thought I wasn’t a fan of frozen yogurt, or, at least I did before coming here. Went to try it out on the recommendation of one of my students and loved it. The setup is really cool, sleek and modern. They have more flavors of frozen yogurt than you would typically see in most places, though, I admit to playing it safe with vanilla, and you know you’ve hit the jackpot when you can put rainbow cookies on top of your treasure [Seriously, though, they probably had about 25 – 30 toppings]. I paid $ 14 for 2 fairly large and weighted down treats [one for me, one for my sister]. I don’t consider that to be too bad considering the size and the amount of gummy worms/bears I like to pile on.

Great variety of yogurts! Love the experience of filling it myself. The price is reasonable as long as your sensible… As we all should be!
