The food is great, but it’s more of pick up place then a dine in place. Still, service is pretty good here

The pizza here is great! I love the special pizzas, especially the chicken with pink sauce. It can get really crowded on the weekends, but the food never takes long to make.

Wish I could give more stars because I love their pizza, but the last time I ordered the driver could not find my house and left about 5 messages cursing me out on my answering machine (while I was babysitting). Mind you this was a long time ago so hopefully he’s been fired. I used to eat at this Pizzaria every day in high school years ago. The plain pizza is the best I’ve ever had, but service is hit or miss.

What is every one raving about? My pizza came lukewarm today & undercooked with zero flavor. I mean that. It’s franchise New York style at best. Sauce is off. Toppings not cooked makes them like rubber & flavorless. Delivery was fast at about 30 minutes. If I’m going to get fat I should at least enjoy getting there.

Just moved to Mahwah from lincoln park and was pleased to see Anthony francos has a ramsey location as well! Pizza was delicious and the jalapeño poppers were great. Delivery was super fast. Will continue to be a staple for me!

Loved the service !!! It was my first time in the area and so I ran into this place without reading the reviews and I loved it! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady so was so sweet. I was indecisive about what I wanted and she waited and was patient normally when you go to pizzerias as your waiting they’re on their phones, or just not paying attention but as for her she waited there until I ordered. And as I went to the bathroom I instead of having it waiting for me on the counter she actually put it out on the table for me !!! such a doll! Great customer service !!! And as for the food it was amazing!!! The salad was twice the size I expected !!! And the pizza was amazing ! I would definitely say it was worth the price and there was no wait time maybe because it wasn’t busy. But still awesome I would definitely come back to the area just to eat here again!

This chicken parm pizza is FANTASTIC! I like it better with their regular crust.
Their chicken and veal parm heroes would be better if they used more sauce and cheese.
Their chicken parm dinner is inedible.

The pizza is very good. There is a wide selection to choose from. I’m writing this review because today was the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. First time was when they never delivered the pizza we ordered. So I figured ok. I like their pizza so I’ll just pick it up in the future. Anyway… The pizza is still good, but the girl that answered the phone tonight was rude. Overall I’ve found that the people behind the counter at Ramsey and Paramus are OK. But just OK. They are not rude in general, but they are not very polite. I have found over the years, and from different jobs, that when the people aren’t so nice. usually the boss is an A-​hole. I don’t know anyone personally from either location. This is just my suspicion. I don’t expect anything to change, I’m just posting this as a warning for anyone who may have a low tolerance for a$$holery.

Best pizza and specialty pizzas in the area. Love the vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella basil pizza. Also they take any special requests.

First time ordering pizza from this place. We ordered a pepperoni & mushroom pie to go. Cost was $ 18.55 for the pie. It was really good. They weren’t cheap on their toppings like papa john’s pizza. Highly recommend everyone to try their pizza, esp since they’re located at 9 different locations. The staff was pleasant. They’re located in a plaza center so parking is easy.

Had a large catering order at work today. Not only was the food delicious, the staff wAs very helpful… The delivery guy, the girl who took my order, everyone! Thanks for. Great meal! The entire office was impressed. We will def be usingg you in the future!

To start off, the Chicken Francese and Chicken Marsala dinners are AMAZING. Considering that I work for an Italian restaurant, I’ve never tried a better Francese or Marsala dinner than how it is here. Kudos to the cooks. IMO the pizza is average, the crust is usually too thick for my liking although the toppings and special slices are pretty good. I believe that other people may like the pizza more than I do, however. Service is very good. I usually have the same waitress and she is very nice and knows what she is doing, not much else I can ask. The manager’s name is Jose and he is a friendly man who always values customer service. Unfortunately, I’m not from the area, so I can only eat here during my lunch break from class up at Ramapo, but if you’re from around here, Anthony Franco’s is definitely the place to go.

Whenever I think Pizza or an awesome salad, it is from here! The staff are friendly and your food is done quickly. Since eating and ordering from Anthony Franco’s Pizza, not once have I disliked what I’ve ordered.

I would compare the slice I got here to that of Joe’s Pizza in the West Village. Outstanding. Having just moved to this area of NJ from the city, where delicious pizza abounds, I was pleasantly surprised to say the least.

The pizza from Anthony Franco’s is normally great, however my last visit left us unsatisfied. We ordered our pizza well done and it was soggy and wet. Certainly not the way we ordered it. On top of the mediocre pizza, the atmosphere was lacking also, it seems their standards were slightly lowered because in the past I was crazy for their pizza, now, not as much.

Honestly didn’t even realize there was an Anthony Franco’s in Ramsey. I’ve been to the one in Paramus though. Have also been in that plaza a million times for Goldberg’s but never noticed it before.
Overall, all of the AF’s in the area are pretty good for a quick slice or bite to eat. Above average pizza and Italian food for a pizzeria. Had a grandma slice and it was pretty damn tasty. Nice seasonings and crust. There were a ton of other crazy slice options that are all the rage now… penne vodka slice, buffalo chicken, eggplant parm, etc.
The antipasto salad is huge, even when ordering a small. In my attempt to eat slightly less portions, I tried to save half for later. It was addicting though and I failed in my attempt… ate the whole damn thing!
Quick and close to work, and the staff was friendly. Will be back!
