I have been using Alamo rentals longer than I have wanted too. One day I will be able to go through my mom’s things and be done with needing their help to store all of my stuff. Until then they have been wonderful folks! They have been friendly and professional whenever I go in the office.

I took some items in for electronics recycling. The clerk made it easy, was helpful and friendly. If I ever needed storage, I would definitely use this facility.

Took electronic recycling to this location as they advertise their disposal service. Talking about electronics with the clerk, he starts discussing guns, the U.S. car industry, the deficit, and being lied to in a very aggitated manner. This guy had an angry look and it soon became apparent he was a frustrated Tea Party nut. When I questioned his sour outlook, he slammed the door. It’s scary that I gave this guy my address and phone number for the recycling. Stay far away from this place.

I stored furniture at Alamo Self Storage when I downsized from a bigger house. When I went to remove my furniture I found, to my dismay, that a corner of my unit was leaking from the recent rain and one of my sofas was ruined. When I spoke to the employee on duty he told me that they would not take responsibility for the damage done. When I spoke to a manager the following day, he told me the same thing.
I was shocked and extremely disappointed that this storage facility leased out a damaged unit which allowed my property to be destroyed, and then were not accommodating or even apologetic. I will never, ever use this facility again.
