Cynthia McNally is an amazing OB-GYN. I’ve been going to her for years; she’s delivered two of my three children(the first was before I moved to the Pacific NW), and I trust her completely when she advises me for my medical care. She doesn’t just do paps and breast exams; she is a Whole-Person Care Provider. Women are not just their reproductive systems; their Whole is greater than the sum of their parts. She listens; offers great, appropriate, honest advice; is open and non-judgmental – she is an amazing provider. I honestly trust her to help me make choices about my body. I am a 43YO divorced woman, and I have never trusted a doctor of any field as much as I trust her. I have come to her for my care for twelve years. She’s a great person and an amazing doctor.

The service was great! Appointment times are kept by the doctors, and they do a great job of explaining the what, the why, and the what’s next.

Just left Zoom Care. This appears to be a new location and where their specialists operate out of. Awesome experience. Dr. Boston was spectacular and took a lot of time to explain the diagnostics. Again, no waiting, insurance covered save for modest co-pay. Zoom care really seems to have a model that focuses on customer service, care and quality.

I have used and absolutely loved zoomcare for years and have never had anything but wonderful experiences until I made an appointment with their gastroenterologist. Not only is he totally condescending he has no business treating patients. After two visits and several tests though zoomcare they were not able to determine the problem and I scheduled an appointment through zoomcare’s gastroenterologist Jeffrey Olsen who did nothing but tell me to take Zantac and tell me someone would call me the next Monday to schedule an appointment for a endoscopy. Nobody ever called, I had to contact them several times before someone contacted me about the test. After the endoscopy the doctor at OHSU only found two very minor issues which he said did not explain the pain I was having. I guess Olsen(I refuse to refer to as doctor) can’t read a test result, because I received and email from him telling me pain was due to acid reflux and suggested I take more Zantac. I was able to get an appointment with a competent gastroenterologist who took the time to figure out what the real problem was. Save your time and money and find a a good gastroenterologist who will take the time find out what the problem is.
