The entire restraunt smelled like urine. Will not go back. Thought maybe the odor was from the restroom but it was better in the mens room. The dining area was the worst

What do you want? It’s fast food. It’s quick, it’s relatively cheap, especially if you shop on the cheap menu, and about 90% of the time, you get all you order. It tastes like they made it when you ordered it without being overly greasy.

Horrible customer service… no greeting or thank you for coming… nothing like that at all… I would suggest management teach their employees some basic customer service to their customers because I felt it was rude and totally dissatisfied about the whole experience… also messed up our order… will not be returning there… will find elsewhere to spend my money…

This is a great place to sit down and let the events and stresses of your day just roll off your back. They have an extensive menu and will customize your burger experience for an additional fee. It might not be the cheapest place to take a first date, but it’s worth it!

Get a burger or some nuggets instead if that’s what you want. The employees are standing by to take your order. You can order at the drive thru or go inside. The food is handed to you in paper bags. They have a bathroom in case you need to go #1 or #2. There are a few types of salads you can order. Give it a try if you’re into the idea.

No more for me at this Wendy’s. The last three times the burger I got was somehow drenched in a very unappetizing form of grease. I think they precook their burgers then reheat them when you order. But they’re not doing something right. Bad for the taste buds. And bad on my digestive tract (if you know what I mean). I don’t need to pay to have this done to me, when what I’m after is a satisfying Fast Food meal.
Actually — this has nixed me on any Wendy’s. Why chance it if I’m in another area — there are always a ton of choices that I know won’t be like this.

I have lived in Alameda and in Laurelhurst neighborhoods for the last 8 years. I prefer Wendy’s over most other chain burger joints because they have good burgers for fast food and healthier sides.
Unfortunately, this Wendy’s is the pits. I go to a Wendy’s maybe once a month, but I swear this one gets something in our orders wrong 3 out of 5 times. There have been times where we order a baked potato and I wouldn’t want to give it to my worst enemy.
They constantly get orders wrong. The last time I decided to call the manager who said to come in any time and reorder. I did so, and was turned away because they «didn’t remember me». Kinda ridiculous.

This is just an regular Wendy’s, but the service is excellent, the employees are very friendly. the chili fries are very good and the frosty are always good!

Of all the Wendy’s in Portland, I’ve had the best experience at this store so far. They do have the usual cookie-​cutter store layout and dining area. For some reason they close at 1 am instead of the usual 2 am for «eating great, even late.» (stupid slogan)
Staff in the drive through of this store are friendly and helpful and food’s been consistently average to above average for a Wendy’s.
