As far as late night food carts go, this serves up pretty decent mediterranean/greek/lebanese food. I like their chicken saj the best from amongst all the downtown carts. though it has increased in price substantially in the past year.

This place is of my favorite. They have different kinds of plates. My favorites sandwich are kebab and shawarma basically all their food is very fresh and delicious. I love their serves.

Pretty mediocre shawarma. A large plate of food but really bland. The best part of the plate was the stuffed grape leaves which curiously enough the guy running the cart claimed they didn’t serve. Shawarma was cubed chicken cooked on a flattop, not grilled or charred in anyway. Plenty of better options in the area.

I am not sure why this place has high reviews. It was atrocious. We grabbed lamb gyros and a falafel plate and were not even able to swallow one bite. I advise you to stay away both for the well being of your taste buds and your health.

This the best food I’ve ever tried in the downtown area. Very affordable and delicious. The chicken is amazing.

This is by far my most favorite food truck. Their Chicken Saj is to die for! If you’re wandering in the area, go checkout this place for some good eats.

The first in my proposed series of «seriously, why are there so damn many falafel carts at the SW Stark pod?» reviews. I purport to order the same thing every time(beef shawarma, no onions) and assay the best taste/value propositions on offer. This cart was open early and had no line, so it was up first. Meat was kept in a plastic tub in the counter fridge, stove-grilled to order w/diced tomato. Grilled pita, nice pile of iceberg and tahini sauce, then a good tight cone roll and a giant glob of cucumber-yogurt mix, MORE lettuce, then a sprinkle of feta. Solid presentation. Meat was nicely textured and had a pleasant lemony bite. Could have gone for a toastier pita but the veggies were fresh and the mix of ingredients nicely balanced. Overall a solid entry, I’ll go with 4 stars and revisit after I gather a few more data points.

I’m in love with the food cart scene. Wish we didn’t head down to Portland during the bite of Portland as all the vendors were probably at the bite. The stands here all seem to be related somehow as the food generally taste exactly the same and are the same prices for the most part. Cheap quick eats, ill recommend this place to anyone.

The food is tasty. The spinning chicken shawarma is amazing(the special is on Friday and Saturday nights). I like their beef shawarma. It has the right flavor. Their fries sent me back to my childhood when I used to love having fries everyday!!! Most important, food is consistent. Recommended!

Open for a month or so– and I must say one of the most consistent and delicious food carts in town. The owner is incredibly kind and the service is quick(depending on what you order). Great hours, fun music, authentic food.
