Oh goodness… If I got a dollar for every time I crave for this. My bank account would be busting at the seams! I only have Good memories when I think of this place. I use to go to their other location but haven’t been to this as of yet. I live in SoCal and I always want to make a pit stop here every time I come to PDX, ask the BF, he’s prob sick of me talking about it!
You have to get a dog with EVERYTHING on it and ADD cream cheese. They have awesome choice of condiments to jazz it up a bit more. Spicy garlic aioli… All over your dog… Need I say more?
My mouth is watering as I type! I’m visiting PDX in two weeks and guess where I’m gonna stooooppp at???

Reindeer sausage… sounds too different right? Its got to be way too lean like that lean gamey venison sausage you tried years ago right?
Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.
We were in Alaska a couple years ago and a place had reindeer sausage, so we decided to try it. WOW… Not Lean. Not gamey. And full of flavor. Our whole table was humming with how juicy and flavorful these sausages were.
So we get back home to portland and go in search of reindeer sausages. We were surprised to find them in a food stand… but would they be the same.
YES! The same juicey flavor filled sausage. Turns put they have them shipped from Alaska. We have been back several times since.
So don’t be put off by the name, they are wonderful.

Must visit if you like hot dog. The combination of sandwich with papaya juice is amazing, I did not think would enjoy so much … Eating standing, a counter is fast, convenient and delicious. Delight at the memory.

The Reindeer sausage is a must! Been there a few times and each time it was amazing. From the dogs to the sauces it was all very good and nicely portioned. Prices are reasonable for what you get. A couple times we’ve shown up and it was closed so I’m unsure of the hours. I’ll probably go today because writing this is making me crave a Reindeer dog! Check it out!
