My truck worked fine, but on a busy Saturday they had only one person working the whole time. Both during my check out and my drop off, I had to wait in just stupid huge lines while one person walked people through the paperwork. The check-​out guy was trying to make it go faster by running in between multiple stations. It wasn’t his fault, A for effort dude.
But U-​Haul powers-​that-​be. Get your shiz together and appropriately staff your buildings. During my next move I’ll certainly be looking for alternatives.
