Public Storage

The security there is good and the storage area was clean a had ample space. The young man Greg had answers to all my concerns. The parking lot isn’t big, so park your truck on the street and walk to the office first,

Debbie is always very helpful and present. I enjoyed my experience there.

I am looking for a place to put my things while I am going out of country. I’ve been looking into many different places and feel this is the one I will put my furniture. The girl in the office was knowledgeable and friendly. I was given appropriate time to see a unit, and all the information about renting here. I will come back.

Thank you Michele and Debbie for helping me with my packing needs! They were both VERY attentive and helpful in the store and THEN… They both helped me bring my boxes to the car! WOW!!! Great customer service!!!

This place is horrible and completely negligent of your belongings. I found a cockroach on unit door next to mine investigator informed the front desk and they refused to exterminate or take care of the problem two months later the issue still went on and all my belongings were will and enchanted with cockroaches the places I’m currently the customer service is ready and they have false advertisement

I would never recommend this public storage to anyone. The $ 1 for a month deal is false advertising! I made arrangements for today 1÷25÷14, and verified it would be $ 1 and the lady I spoke with over the phone said yes a $ 22 administration fee. So I responded, «$ 23 in all from 1÷25−2÷25» she said yes and they could prorate each additional day after in February if we needed it longer. I told her it would be for one month or less so the deal would be perfect for us. She said u may need to purchase a lock and I said I had a ps lock. Yet once there they said I’d have to purchase one of their $ 18 locks. Once we arrived with 3 vehicles full of stuff, nothing was what was told to me over. The ladies had horrible and very rude tones and demeanors. When I repeated what I was told, the other lady sitting behind the desk piped in and started saying we’ll charge u a $ 1 plus $ 22 rest of Jan. No prorated days in Feb. Full rent! It was a disgusting and dispicable service that we received frome Christine and Kyondra. We would never give our money to this establishment due to how my husband I were spoken to, and when asked what they could do in regards to honoring the agreement made over the phone with one of their customer service representatives the Kyondra lady responded, «YOU CAN CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!» We left the establishment without going back to say if we’d rent there or not! We will never rent from PS and also tell everyone and anyone about our experience there!

We stored all of our belongings here for about five months. When we toured the facility, it seemed comparable to similarly priced places. The unit was swept clean and our only concerns were how thin the walls between the units seemed to be and that it appeared that a very small person could wedge between the top of the wall and the ceiling. But this seemed unlikely — it was just a little disconcerting that there was a visible opening.
When we cleared our items out, five months later, we found rat excrement on the ground and on some of our boxes (thankfully we had wrapped most of our furniture) and one of our bookshelves was water damaged, as was a box of books. We looked at the ceiling and noticed that there was a hole that appeared to have been repaired with duct tape, which was now dangling from the hole.
Additionally, there were several times when we went to the office with a question/​need and there was nobody there — only once was there a sign that said they’d be back by a certain time and they didn’t return for 15 minutes after the projected time.
Given these standards of (lack of) cleanliness, service, maintenance, I don’t foresee storing items at any Public Storage facility in the future.
