We bought a selection of flying products from the state fair in hopes of having some fun with the toys and having a couple to give away. We spent $ 175 and felt like it was a good value based on how they were operating at the fair. Johnny was obviously an expert operator. But we found them really hard to fly once we got them home and felt some huge buyer’s remorse. We contacted the store and were hoping to get a refund but felt it fair to see if someone could look at our toys to make sure they were operating correctly and were not defective. Johnny, the store manager, took the time and inspected every toy we bought. He generously provided new batteries and personal training on each toy so that we could operate them at a basic level and then practice to get better. He showed us how to adjust them so that they can fly straight which was something we hadn’t learned from the instructions included in the toy boxes, which were pretty sparse. But once we had the training from Johnny we felt happy with our purchase. The customer service was outstanding and made all the difference.

Went in here yesterday and was greeted by super friendly staff who helped me choose a great entry level rc helicopter. They informed me that they service this and many other rc products. They had a nice selection of toys for adults and kids alike. I’m a 30 year old kid that loves toys. This place is a great stop when your around Lloyd center.

Settled with the owner, he refunded me in full. I wish it didnt have to come down to that, wanted stuff to play with and be a little kid over. hahaha
