Brow Art 23

I went in after they replaced the previous eyebrow threading place. The previous place was awesome, the girl was quick, professional and I never had any issues.
I went to this new place and there were two women sitting on the couch just chatting. I stood there for a good minute before one of them came up and asked if she could help me.
I told her my face was very sensitive and that I did NOT want any tweezers being used. I do threading because I had never had an adverse reaction to it.
She told me to close my eyes, the standard. Then she started tweezing. I opened my eyes, saw tweezers in hand and told her again, no tweezers. She said just lay back relax, don’t worry she was «just grabbing a couple stray hairs that are hard to grab with the thread.» I told her I could get the strays at home but to just get a good shape. SHE CONTINUED WITH THE TWEEZERS. The finished product wasn’t anything to write home about. She had still missed a couple of hairs even though the process took 12 – 15 minutes. The next day, my face was itchy, red, and SWOLLEN. I had a huge breakout around the eyebrows nowhere else on my face. I had to use cortisone, take anti-​inflammatory medicine and some benadryl and saw a little bit of improvement. My face cleared back up about three days later. The girl at the Pharmacy where I picked up the medicine told me about Expert Brow on MLK. I went in earlier this month and it turns out it was the same girl I used to go to!
The other girl who was getting her eyebrows done at MLK told me she had the exact same bad experience at Brow Art 23 and she had even gone in to get a refund which they refused.
For the person who gave the Brow Art 23 jokers 5 stars because «they’re cheap» Spend the extra $ 3.00 dollars go to Expert Brow on MLK and see what a professional can do! They charge $ 15-​$ 20 and then if you get a loyalty card and go every three weeks she charges $ 12.00

Finally found a threading place here in town that’s affordable! Brows are $ 12 which is mute than what we laid in Vegas by almost double but at least it’s less than the others I contacted here in town wanting as much as $ 25!
They were very fast here and did an excellent job. My eyebrow magician was really nice and friendly. They don’t use rose water even you’re done but they do have an aloe Vera solution that works just a well. It’s located in the Lloyd Center Mall so parking is not an issue lol
