I found a treasure trove of 100% cotton shirts for ladies (especially over 40) to wear this summer. Flowing and lightweight. The woman behind the counter was charming.

I spent some money up in here and walked away with fun stuffs. there was a lovely lady behind the counter who blessed me too.

I was visiting Portland earlier this week and this store caught my attention immediately from across the street. I walked in while the chant Om Mani Padme Hum was playing and that’s one of my favorite chants. I said to the woman working there that I loved that particular chant and she started talking with me about Om Mani Padme Hum and how important it is to say it. This woman, not the owner of the store, but I think it was her mother, was a very sweet woman with beautiful energy. I enjoyed listening to her talk about Om Mani Padme Hum. I bought many beautiful cards, journals and other gifts with sayings of H.H. The 14^th Dalai Lama. One of my favorites was called The True Meaning of Life: «We are visitors on this planet. We are here for ninety or one hundred years at the very most. During that period, we must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives. I can’t wait to visit this store again next time I’m in Portland.
