abysmal customer service. nothing related to claims processed or denied. simply related to phone calls and emails returned, the mannerism of associates on the phone – general, basic professionalism. the worst.

I got pulled over in Lake Oswego not too long ago and I did not have my proof of insurance with me which apparently is a towable offense. By the time the police officer was done processing my driver’s licence and lincense plates, I had a copy of my proof of insurance on my smartphone.

I first met Steve about 5 years ago; I walked into his office when searching for renters insurance. I received prompt service and a great quote — he and his staff made it so easy. Since then, Steve has become my family’s agent for auto and life insurance. I couldn’t be happier.

Steve Ching is a joy to work with. This is my first time with insurance, and Steve is always pleasant and attentive during our correspondence.
