Really impressed with the manager on shift today. Seemed like he was really respected by his staff and he was very kind to me and my friends who came in. He went out of his way to ask how we were doing and made sure the food tasted great. The manager alone gets 5 stars in my book! Looking forward to our next visit.

I love Chipotle. But this location has some problems. One lady gives ½ portions for full price. If we see her on the serving line we choose a different place to eat for that meal. We’ve had many a sad evening wanting Chipotle but ending up going somewhere else. Good portion control doesn’t mean skimping and selling me Lettuce and a few beans at $ 7 a bowel.

My wife and I had a little bit of time before an appointment nearby and we were feeling a bit hungry and decided to make it a quick one. So we decided to go to the nearest Chipotle. We entered and there was a line. That didn’t bother me because I expected it to be one being in downtown. However, the line was not moving and only a few people were getting served. I got to the counter and said that I wanted a chicken burrito. The told me that they were out of chicken and beef. Sorta sad situation since those are most likely the popular choices. There would be a seven to eight minute wait. So my wife and I joined the line of waiting customers. I heard the manager, who was sitting with some corporate big wigs, to tell the crowd something and then we were told that our meal was comped due to waiting. I think it was not the manager’s idea to do this and was more forced by his company at the table. Either way we got two free meals and drinks. I had the burrito and the wife had the bowl. I usually don’t get guacamole due to the extra cost, but not this time, that shit was free. So when I was asked for guac I said, «Yes, please!.» My wife’s bowl was good, however, my burrito was a leaky mess. The bottom looked like it was taking a dump of beans into my basket. Not appetizing. I had to open it up and finish it with a fork. I didn’t complain because it was free, but might have if I had to pay for it. It was just unacceptable.

Let me sort out that I love Chipotle. However this location in particular is bad. STINGY that’s all I can say. They seem to make a point of giving you about half as much meat as they’re supposed to. I always order double steak and for some reason they give me less meat then I get when I go to a different chipotle would give me with regular steak.

Worst chipotle order I ever got. Less meat and quantity than the one in NE wieldler street. Tortillas are not fresh.

Inconsistent. Burnt meat. Cold dry rice. Slimy veggies. Long line. They need some adults working here to take charge. The kids think it’s a time to have a laugh and chill when I’m jus trying to get my burrito. Chill at home. Take some care with my food because an $ 8 burrito isn’t even cheap.

The difference between this Chipotle and the PSU location is night and day consistently. Chipotle corp needs to step in and send over PSU folks to Lovejoy on how to deliver.

I would like to thank Chipotle. I am a diagnosed Celiac. When I go in, they remove all spoons and serving tools from their food and replace it with new ones. As a result i can eat everything but the tortillas. I want all Gluten sensitive and Celiacs to know that is is wonderful to eat good food and feel safe

The past two times I have been to this particular Chipotle it has made me sick. The guacamole was old, the pinto beans were hard and the veggies were slimy.

This location rocks. Very friendly staff that rock at their job. If there’s a line when I come in it usually speeds by, & it’s well worth it for a tasty chicken burrito. Keep up the good work!

FYI foodies. Chipotle is the only fast food restaurant I eat at occassionaly because this company is committed to sustainable and organic – respect for animals and environment – good quality. I am going to share my email response I had with a Chipotle executive about their ingredients. Here is the response: «Some of the items we serve are organic, but we also look at the big picture and use other metrics for selecting our foods. These include sourcing naturally raised meats, serving dairy from pasture-raised cows and sourcing our produce locally when in season and geographically available.» «As of current, a large portion of the following tasty treats are organic: avocados, black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, cilantro, jalapenos, and oregano. In terms of GMO’s, the only food items we serve that could contain GMOs are our soft corn tortillas. Any customer looking to avoid GMOs entirely can eat a bowl, burrito, soft flour tacos, crispy corn tacos, or a salad without worry.» «We’re still a work in progress, but we’re certainly proud of how far we’ve come and couldn’t have done it without the support of fans like you. I hope we see you in the land of tasty treats again soon, Roger.» I was impressed! I am happy to support Chipotle – when hungry for Mex!

Everyone knows what the food is about at a chipotle, so I will just say that the staff here are awesome. More often than not they are smiling and extremely helpful. It’s one of the only places I’ve been where the managers(shift leaders) are kind to both customers and staff. Excellent!!!

Close to the office for a quick lunch but they seem to give you smaller portions than other locations. The staff was alright, didn’t mention the guac was ectra, good thing I already knew.

I just love this place. Every Chipotle I’ve been to has been consistent in sizing, service and speed. Still trying to find a way to purchase a week’s worth of chicken and lime rice.

Like a moth to a flame, I manage to find my way to a Chipotle no matter what city I find myself in. Yes this is a chain, but at least I know what to expect. It is a fast, cheap, and safe gluten free dining option. A pretty hard combination to find at times, especially after working late at the office and not wanting to stray far from the hotel for a meal. The design of this location is pretty good from others that I have seen in my travels. I do like how they a sectioned off the line and created a separated queue from the seating area. The seating area itself has a decent amount of tables. As for the food, it is the standard fare. The taste of some of the ingredients seems to taste a bit off from what I am used to in other locations of the US. The steak and rice tends to seem a bit bland at times. The workers are good about changing their gloves when I alert them of my gluten allergy. They do have a process of changing out the line spoons, which seems to be a Portland protocol as I haven’t seen this done anywhere else in my travels. I do have to give the staff credit for their knowledge on gluten and cross contamination as they do try to take extra precautions to eliminate the risks. Overall, Chipotle is a good cheap GF dining option.

I normally love this Chipotle location, but today not so much. I was carrying my tiny puppy in my purse and had his leash in hand for extra security. I thought I could pop in and grab a bowl to go and sit with my dog on the patio since it was listed as dog-friendly for outside seating. There was no sign posted stating no animals and I had all 5 pounds of him contained in my carrying bag. I was told I had to leave and they refused to serve me a bowl to go. How rude! I wasn’t planning on staying in the restaurant to eat and I still can’t get served? How inconvenient for those who are by themselves with small animals. I will never eat here again and I will make sure to tell everyone they are not friendly to dog owners.

The downtown Pearl district Chipotle is a very vibrant spot with a great set up. Upon walking in, there was no line and all the staff welcomed me with warm greetings and smiles. There was certainly a lot of staff for what they do. They all seemed very happy and looked like they enjoyed their job. Created a great atmosphere and improvement in their service. They were very busy with a long line when I was walking out though, so looked like the large staff group is there for a reason. I ordered the chicken bowl which was delicious. They gave me great portions of each item and I was satisfied. The food tasted fresh and looked great. Chipotle never fails.

How can people hate? This place makes life beautiful. Good prices, good food, good service. We go here at least 2 times per month. Gold star if you noticed that I posted on 5⁄5.
