This place is the REALDEAL. I do not have a car. I like to tell people that it’s because I want to maintain a low carbon footprint, but it’s honestly because I used to live downtown and haven’t bothered to acquire one since. They’re just such a pain in the ass! Anyway, I have to keep this in mind when I want to do anything because I try to avoid Trimet at all costs. When I wanted to get a massage with my boyfriend, I let Unilocal tell me what the best decision near my house was, and clever as it is, it led me to Rejuvenation. In the days leading up to the appointment, I was telling my boyfriend how I’ve always wanted to go to a legitimate spa with robes and slippers. I was a Massage Envy aficionado, but I wanted the true, elite spa experience. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to this place and, after some brief paperwork, I was led into a RELAXATION room and then to a LOCKERROOM where SLIPPERS& a ROBE were waiting for me. Had it not been the naked old woman blow drying her hair behind me as I stripped down, I probably would have done a happy dance. After de-robing and then robing, I met my guy out in the relaxation room where we chilled out for a while. The lights are low, water flows through a fountain in the center, the chairs are comfortable, and it truly relaxes your mind in preparation for your spa treatment. I can’t remember who my masseuse was, but we both thoroughly enjoyed them! I left, reluctantly, feeling amazing! The massages were a bit more expensive than other spas in the area, but rightfully so in my opinion. You will get what you pay for here, in the best sense! Oh, and let them serve you hot tea. They have really good tea.

I have been going to this spa for years in several aspects; the staff is always first rate and makes you feel right at home. All the treatments I have gotten have always been first rate as well, so no complaints from that standpoint. I go there on occasion to get a waxing before heading out on vacation, and this was the case. My only complaint is the fact that the service I have been getting has Always been the same price $ 50 – 55 and I always have the exact same service. This time around though my bill was $ 85! Now I understand inflation, but that is a serious price increase for a wax job that has not changed. As much as I don’t want to, I fear I’m going to be looking for a new place in the future; that’s just too much money for that service.

I’ve been to Rejuvenation several times, and always have a wonderful experience. One of my favorite treatments is the Tangerine Dream, which is a full body treatment that includes the Vichy shower-highly highly recommend. Yesterday I went for a pedicure, and I really believe they have the best in town. It’s not the least expensive, but it’s the most complete and a wonderful relaxation experience. Yesterday, Kena gave me what I consider one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Frequently, at other places, I experience a certain amount of pain and/or ticklishness. Kena gave me neither. She was so gentle, which I told her a couple of times, because I was really impressed by her ability. The scrub and massage were delightful, and my new silver toes look really pretty. When I have another pedicure there, I will definitely ask for Kena.

Look elsewhere if you are looking for a pleasant, clean, calm and professional spa experience. From the moment we arrived and not greeted by the front desk staff, things felt off. The front of house seemed busy and stressed and when we were taken to the spa waiting area, there was a general sense of chaos. It was really dark in the waiting room– I guess to set the mood for relaxation but mostly it was just really disorienting since all guests and staff converge in this area and it felt kind of like walking into a quiet dance club. We were then led to the equally chaotic locker room with used towels all over the floor and way too many people getting ready for and coming out of services. There was a steam room which was nice, the robes are huge and the house line of toiletries was sub-par. My mom, sister and I all received massages that were not terrible, certainly not great and it was difficult to truly relax after the jarring experience of checking in. The whole point of going to a spa is to relax in a tranquil, nurturing, well appointed environment with a friendly staff and enjoyable amenities, all of which this spa lacks.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. Having the place quiet and calm is important to me and that’s the #1 reason I keep coming back to RDS. I’ve been to other day spas(won’t call them out by name) where you have to walk through noisy hair dressing areas in order to get to the pedicure station. Or other patrons are talking loudly and disturbing others. The layout of RDS makes each area self contained and quiet. I know I could get a pedi for less $ elsewhere, but it’s not worth it to me. I pay the extra to come here for that peace.

Love their steam room! Best place to relax after long oversea trips. I always bring here my family after long flights, atmosphere is very welcoming, place is cozy, staff is very courtesies. My favorite is steam room.

The service was great. I would have gone with 5 stars but the room was a little cold and the lotion should have been warmed up. but good firm massages with very helpful staff.

You’ll love Rejuvenation Day Spa for the massages and facials, both of which are excellent! The steam bath in the locker room is wonderful too, and the locker room itself is sizable compared with other spas. There is a tranquil, relaxation room to wait for services although some of the chairs weren’t very comfortable. They offer tea, cucumber and lemon water and some warm nuts as refreshment. There is even an odd looking little floor fountain that adds a peaceful, trickling water sound to enhance the experience. The staff at the spa — from reception staff to service staff, are friendly, knowledgeable, very attentive, and instill a sense of calmness. I had multiple services and they were well coordinated and left time in-between each so I wasn’t rushed, which I greatly appreciated! The only place where Rejuvenation failed my expectation is the Foot Rejuvenator service. It is lackluster. The round shape of the foot bath and the big flat rocks in the bottom weren’t comfortable on my feet. The foot massage was done with such a light touch — despite my request for more pressure, that it didn’t do a thing for me. And the final step of wrapping my feet with plastic wrap and putting them in a plastic booty that wasn’t very warm felt annoying rather than luxurious. I will say that the nicely heated neck pillow and the eye cover during the service were a welcome touch, but I probably wouldn’t repeat the experience. I will definitely go back to this delightful spa! It is a much needed oasis amid a slew of «spa wanna be’s» in stinky, noisy hair salons. Try it, you won’t be sorry!

Lenka is a mastermind LMT — I’ve been coming to Rejuvenation for several years now, and always ask for her. She can coax out the toughest knots with just the right pressure. She’s a joy to work with and I know I can completely de-stress under her care. Rejuvenation is always my fave place to come for relaxation and recharging. Thanks!

A client gave me a gift certificate for Rejuvenation Day Spa a couple of years ago. Shame on me for not having used it before now, it was fabulous. My massage was given by a woman named, Lenka Dresselhaus and if your looking to go to this spa request her by name. She was professional, asked questions and fine tuned the massage to not only what I thought I needed by what she felt my body tell her I needed. That might sound unusual but I had walked a half marathon the day prior and had overworked a shoulder and my feet were tender. The thing I liked more than the massage therapist was the fact that I had a 4pm — 1 hour massage, not knowing that the spa closes at 5pm. I finished my massage and took time in the relaxing area drinking water and then took a relaxing shower. Not once did the staff request I hurry or act as if I was keeping them. I truly think this is a full service spa because they make you feel welcome and treat you with such professionalism and they truly want you to enjoy the experience in more ways than one. Lastly…the smell of the spa is amazing and I will be planning another visit in the near future. Cheryl

Good massages, questionable quality facials. I’ve gone to this spa many times in last few years, because it’s always easy to get in last minute. It’s a bit dated but clean. Low rating is result of two very questionable facials in last year, one of the therapists was not only unqualified(she almost broke my nose trying to do extractions). It maybe under new management because front desk was not as friendly as usual either. I won’t be going back.

went with my daughter for a mothers day treat. great place , the only problem was my masseuse Lidianna. I booked a deep tissue massage and got a feather light massage. IF I go back I will definitely ask for someone different. Other than that the place was nice. My daughter loved her massage and she got what she paid for A DEEPTISSUEMASSAGE

Rejuvenation is pricey, but the experience is much nicer than other spas I have been to in Portland. It is a really tranquil environment, and they put thought into the products they use. Their pedicures, waxing, and skin services have really stood out as fantastic to me when compared to other places I have been.

I like coming to this spa, but it’s not perfect. They’ve had some rude receptionists before, and one time I received a pretty bad massage compared to other times. However, I contacted the manager and she was more than willing to make things right. I’ve returned several times since that incident and have been pretty happy with my experiences. There are only a few things I dislike about this place: spa shoes are VERY uncomfortable, one size robe is awkward and long, and the layout of the waiting area is awkward.

I’ve been coming to this spa for years, and always have had a good experience — great massage, mani/pedi services. Recently had a swedish massage with Christine that was the best ever!

I sent my girlfriend here during her engagement treasure hunt. Could not of asked for better support and customer service. They gave her a wonderful massage and played along by giving her the clue! Jessica(my fiancé) said it was far better then massage envy. It does cost a bit extra but you pay for a better massage and customer service!

A close friend was kind enough to gift me with the tranquility package here for my birthday so I decided to start my week off with it. The woman who took my appointment offered to email me the paperwork so that I would not be rushed upon my arrival which was a really lovely touch so I just handed the receptionist my gift certificate and paperwork when I arrived. I was led to the locker room area which was very tidy and I was a bit uncomfortable at first because a woman was in there filling the shampoos and such. Sorry, but I am not one of those just let’s get naked in front of random persons type of a person. She seemed to take the hint though and finaly left me to be alone to change. I changed and wandered into the center room which has a gorgeous water feature and big comfy chairs, magazines, etc but before I had time to look around a sweet woman appeared calling me by name. I was led in for my foot rejuvenation. Honestly, I could imagine coming back just for this alone because wow. The chairs were amazing, laying you back while you get exfoliated and massaged. She took her time and brought me amazing tea, water and whatever I wanted. She led me to this nice room to have lunch which was very good and presented well. I will say that it was a bit noisy and distracting since the room seems to be right in the middle of everything and there were a lot of people running back and forth while I was trying to eat. I am also a very slow eater so I did feel a bit rushed during this portion of my visit. Next up was my Earth elements wrap which was heaven. After a lot of targeted pressured massage she wrapped me in tea soaked linens and mylar. It was amazing enough on it’s own and then came the rain therapy… I could have stayed in there all day, no joke… My skin felt amazing — so alive. Last was my massage which was wonderful, of course. She did focus on the areas I suggested when she asked. I had never experienced a day at a spa before so this was lovely. For those of you, like me, who have limited funds to get specialized spa services I will give you pointers. For massages — I have several ladies I go to where I may not have the spa environment but cost half the price. I do highly recommend getting a wrap though for a detox or a foot rejuvenation to lift your spirits. These folks treat you so well during these individual treatments that you will feel just like you spent the day there. Also, they have a steam room you can utilize before or after you treatment, lovely showers and even an array of wonderful products etc in case you need to freshen up afterwards. Or just lounge in their tranquility room with some tea or snacks they provide.

Terrible service! They have clean facility and nice interior. My friend took me there for bridle shower. Recently I was looking for good day spa, I checked their menu, mini manicure is $ 25, mini pedi is $ 45, leg and bikini wax is $ 85. I emailed them to ask if they can create a package for me. They called me and said they don’t want to answer the emails. She was very rude and unreasonable. When I asked questions she sounded very cold and said they can make a package but they don’t give any discount. I am very disappointed and I will not go back.

I’ve been looking for a great day spa since moving here from So. Cal and this place is great. My girlfriends were coming to visit and wanted to do a spa day. Had never been here before but found it on Unilocal and since it had services and amenities we were looking for thought we’d book it. We were used to all the great day spas in California so wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Ambiance is not as good as Burke Williams back in CA, but its a nice, tranquil place with a relaxation room, steam room and full shower/locker room amenities. It’s not a 5 star resort spa environment, but frankly as long as the amenities are good, my focus is on the services available. I had the Thai Ball Massage with VIchy Shower. Might be the best I’ve had. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They do try to sell you products when you go to pay, but that’s pretty normal. And they do it very casually by leaving a treatment card with recommendations for products. I politely declined and that was it. My friends said we definitely have to go there on their next trip. I am planning to go back there very soon!
