Ray is a contractor/​person that you can count on. He is very diligent with his work, his knowledge base is tremendous, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy. We decided to take the wall separating our kitchen and dining room down which was a load bearing wall. He got the permit required, was delighted (or at least we think he was ;)) to have us there to help/​learn, and proved to be great at what he does. When we got the beam ready to go into place, we figured it was going to have to come down a couple of times to make adjustments. Well, when it went up, it never came down. It was the perfect fit and was also perfectly level (it might be the only level object in our 1906 house come to think of it). He was willing to help with other little side projects and even gave us ideas when he saw necessary for other parts of the house. He’s a person that you can trust and look at more as a friend rather than someone you just hire to do work for you. We will definitely continue this friendship and have him help with other work as well.
