Roloff Construction

We worked with the owners Nathalie and Michael and they are not honest nor would I recumbent anyone work with them for many reasons. We bought a house based on there promise they could do a major renovation on budget we could afford and then after we purchased the home gave us a bid 40% higher so they basically under bid the job to put us in a this position.
We also were charged 4k for a dedicated project manager that was at the house 15 minutes a week and when we questioned the owners they basically strong armed us by threatening to stop work when we had questions if work was completed or not as we are not construction professionals.
We have tried to communicate with them but there answers are always threating to stop work and leave use with a mess. I am currently still dealing with Roloff at this time and wish I had never hired them to for this project.
If anyone has questions please reach out to me as I do not write reviews but in this situation where someone ruins your home and threatens you I just have to let others know this is how they do business.
