Nicky Ferguson Color Specialist

Got an appointment today for my daughter and was 10 minutes late due to traffic and bad gps directions. The only stylist was sitting outside in the sun and as we approached, verified I was the one with the 2 pm appointment then told me bluntly, «it’s too late.» He proceeded to tell me he had a regular customer coming in next who would be on time and how important it is to be on time «in this business.» As we were walking away, he continued to tell us that we just need to be on time next time. I said to my family that there will not be a next time. Not a friendly place. It says here that this is a kid friendly place, but I would say there is nothing friendly about this place. Unless you never have traffic problems or GPS issues, I would not recommend this place!

Nicely decorated place, professional friendly staff. Needed to get my hair done today went in and was able to get right in. They have a lot of experience and is totally a place that I’d recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with Nicki and her work on my hair. I needed a hair color rescue after an experiment that did not go well. Despite a communication breakdown at first, she made every effort to make sure that I could get seen before I left on a trip. She worked her magic and was very thorough. I definitely plan to see her again.

Great Place! Everyone really knows hair and has been doing it for awhile. If you’re looking for color, Nicki is the absolutely the best. It’s comforting to know you can still get great service for great prices. She also has such a good personality, it makes a hour or 2 hour appointment just fly by. She is like a salon therapist/​color genius! ;) I drive 30 min in traffic just to get to her and its sooo worth it! After you go to her never want to go anywhere else.

I decided to check this place out because of it’s proximity to my house & my desperation in needing my hair cut. I’m glad I did.
I was able to get in quickly & John was very friendly & gave me a great cut. He was social, listened to what I wanted, then did just that. My hair looks cute again & it was a (mostly) reasonable $ 35.
I’ll definitely go back.

I’m pretty sure it’s actually 2417 NE Broadway… but anyway, I went there yesterday to get my hair done by Nicky Ferguson. She was so cool! She has a really fun personality and my hair is EXACTLY how I wanted it to be. It was dark brown when I went in and red and purple when I left. I LOVE IT!!! Indeed, she is the Master of Hair Color. I’m going to go back to her from now on for sure. =]
