Mui Tran Professional Nail Service

This was my first time here. Very quaint place (it’s actually in a house, with only one pedicure station and two manicure stations) I got a very nice/​pretty pedicure with a flower design, and they threw in a manicure for $ 5 extra dollars. So I got a predicure AND manicure for $ 20.

Tran was excellent at her work very professional excellent prices very pleased with my visit there for the manicure and pedicure the price is very reasonable and she is enjoyable and very professional at her work. Will be going back regularly!

This is that place on the corner of 84^th/​Holgate, that you face when you’re leaving Eastgate Plaza between the dollar store and walmart and stopped at that stop light. I don’t know how much time I spent stopped there staring at this place, or glancing at it driving by, before I finally stopped in, but SO GLAD I did — I’ve been going ever since.
Looks like there are hundreds of colors of regular nail polish for manis/​pedis (and she has a little foot spa thing though I’ve never tried it). I’ve been getting her gel manicures, since regular nail polish only lasts a few days before I chip it (I work with my hands). The sign on the wall says these are $ 20, and that is what she charged me the first time (plus $ 1 for a nail buffer and file, required by law unless you bring your own since you can’t share those things between customers for hygiene reasons), but all the other times she’s just named a (lower) price for me to pay, and she wouldn’t accept a tip when I tried to give her one.
She’s very efficient, and I’ve always been impressed with how my nails turn out. It’s fantastic to have these great shiny nails for weeks at a time! Last time I was in I had a couple minutes wait as she finished the mani/​pedi of the woman before me, who had requested a fancier nail design for a party (I gathered from hearing her talk), and as someone who can hardly slather nail polish on myself I may not be the best judge but the fancy nails were pretty impressive too.
Mui is super sweet, really good at what she does, charges less than pretty much anywhere else I’ve found, plus she’s open pretty much ALL THE TIME (10 – 8 Monday-​Saturday, Sundays noon-​5). I highly recommend you stop in and give her services a try.
Her front door (through the gate) is where all the signs are, and she’ll let you in that way, but regulars come in the side door (on 84^th).
