Do not ever go here. This place is beyond disgusting. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and it was such a mistake. First off, my appointment was for 3 o clock, and while they put me in a foot bath soon after I arrived, I sat there for almost 40 mins before someone started on my pedicure. I tried to tell them twice that my water was too cold but they just kept walking by and completely ignored me. When they started on my pedicure I asked for a nail kit and they said they didn’t have one, not even for purchase. All of the tools she used were clearly old and shared products. Her gloves were clearly used also because she was keeping them on with rubber bands and they were turning brown. She tried to use the metal foot scraper on me, but couldn’t tell me how it was cleaned. She was incredibly rough on my feet and there was no massage at all. After my pedicure I was getting my nails done, I watched them put another girl into the same pedicure station as I had been in without washing it out, and used the exact same bucket of tools as had been used on me, including the metal razor. Absolutely disgusting and they clearly have no regard for hygiene. The lady who did my nails burned me several times with the dremel and kept turning my hands in super awkward positions which was almost One of my nails got filed really unevenly and when I mentioned it it took her 3 different times to fix it. I kept having to make her adjust it. She was also apparently the resident waxer because she kept getting up to go wax people’s eyebrows. After my nails dried there were tons of bubbles in the paint. clearly they water down their polish. I also saw a sign for eyelash extensions and when I asked about them the lady couldn’t tell me how much they were or if they were individual lashes or clusters or what. When I asked her to show them to me she said some other lady did them and was going to leave it at that. I asked her to ask if they could be shown to me and I was just told they were all too busy even though there were 3 people just standing around. Basically, this place is cheap and dirty and no one should ever go here. Honestly the health inspector should shut them down.

they do not even deserve one star. worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. I am 23 and have been getting my nails and toes done professionally since I was a little girl. started getting acrylics at 15. I’ve lived all over Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Denver and ohio and this is by far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails at. made an appointment, didn’t even get in until an hour after my appointment. the owner didn’t know the difference between shellac and regular nail polish. I sat in the pedicure chair for 40 min after I told them I wanted a shellac pedicure to begin with. and then when I asked they said ‘oh we didn’t know you wanted your toes done’. so I said whatever I don’t have the time for this just do my nails. so I sit down with a woman and she immediately tells me she doesn’t speak English. ??? what the fuck??? she didn’t do the shape right at all, couldn’t understand me, squeezed my fingers after cutting them open with the electric nail file and putting alcohol in them. she did not clean up my cuticles or buff or shape my nails at all. they are so completely fucked. I never write reviews on Unilocal and I am writing this to maybe get my money back or save anyone else from this experience. I hope the wonder reads this and calls me to give me a free and much better experience. if not, I hope this place gets shut down. so soooooo bad!

This salon has been in business for so long and they’re extremely experienced. The place is packed 80% of the time. I try to come in on a weekday or they’ll be a wait, I love going to Vy she does original designs I always let her freestyle. She’s been doing my eyelash extensions for 2 years and I can’t find a better deal or better beauty tech

This place is rediculous. I have been going there for years and let it slide that my nails never got started at the time of my appointment, instead it was usualy an hour ro so after. The last three appointments I made have been cancelled. The first time I showed up and they said «oh she left for the day».REALLY? Someone could have called me. Then I made another appointment and they called me this time to say that she wont be in for the next three days come back on Monday. I went somewhere else. I called and made an appointment for today and asked them to call and confirm before I drive an hour across town. No phone call. I called to confirm and they say that she is not in. Seriosuly? Bad business.
