I bought my first home, and recently discovered that I had an old septic tank in my backyard, that was not properly taken care of. I ended up with a disgusting rat problem, coming up from underground and ending up in my crawl space, garage and shed.
I called in the city for free advice, and ended up finding Morgan on Home Advisor. He took care of my problem, and I even signed up for a contract for him to come back every 3months. He was pretty amazing, he was direct, knowledgeable, on time and worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He helped me with other related projects. I have my house back. If you want someone you can count on, Call Morgan.

As a first time home buyer, I wanted to make sure that everything checked out. Morgan was super flexible with his time and extremely competitive with his pricing! His many years of experience truly show. His knowledge surpassed my expectations and he made sure that I understood everything about preventing pests in my new home and even helped me fix screens that were left open by previous owners. He even went over how to properly weatherize and protect ourselves from critters in the home to make sure that we save the most money in the wet/​winter season. It’s obvious that he truly takes an interest in his customers.
His quarterly program is a program that everyone should sign up for in order to keep bugs and critters from entering the home.
I will never go to a different company nor recommend anyone else in the area!

Best local pest control in Portland area! After dealing with several other companies I finally found Morgan’s Pest Management.
Morgan was fast to respond to my request to handle both an ant problem in the kitchen and birds in the attic. He was very professional and his prices competitive with the other local pest control companies that couldn’t complete the job.

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Morgan’s Pest Management. When you manage a rental home 1500 miles away that needs immediate treatment, you really learn to appreciate when someone understands your sense of urgency. When I voiced to him that my renters needed help ASAP, he promised to make it happen same-​day and took care of it that very afternoon. An overall excellent experience with a service-​oriented professional, I highly recommend to others.

In a panic this summer we had spiders and ants everywhere and couldnt get rid of them with anything we used. (and i bought anything that claimed it would work) A friend referred us to Morgans and they were out within just a few days. They really went above and beyond-​removing hornets nests and everything! We have been totally bug free for 90 dsys now and we will totally hire them again when neccesary!!!

I just purchased a home. I needed to get on top of the pest control as my property is next to a protected waterway. I hired Morgan to come and inspect my property. He inspected my property, the roof, crawl space and yard. He spent time helping me understand what to look for and how to prevent future infestation. I knew I had a carpenter ant issue, but didn’t know I had a rodent problem. He sprayed the entire perimeter of my home. He eliminated the current rodent problem and showed me what to look for regrading returning rodents.
I received a 1 year warranty on the Carpenter Ants. During the follow up visit, he concreted the burrowed holes to prevent access from rodents.
The level of customer service Morgan provided was and is exceptional. He explained everything so I could understand it.
I will hire him again when needed.
