Don’t use these people! For one thing, they never got rid of our ants. After 1.5 years through our 2 year contract, we cancelled because we sold our house, and they charged us a $ 330 cancellation fee for a service that never worked in the first place. They make their money by scaring the hell out of you about the dangers of ants, and then they write a contract that gives themselves all sorts of avenues to take your money. For instance, an additional $ 50 fee if for some reason your home isn’t available when they randomly show up??? And the contract automatically renews unless you give them a notice in writing??? These people are crooks. DONT USE THEM.

These people are probably capable of doing a good pest control job. But their business practices are not very admirable. They don’t schedule when it’s convenient for you, but convenient for them. I’ve left strict instructions for them never to come until they actually talk to me or my wife… but they continue to leave a message – without a return phone number – that they’re «coming tomorrow.» They deduct the charge from your account and you have to work to get it back. They also charged us monthly when we had a quarterly arrangement and it took quite a while for us to catch it. They arranged for repayment very quickly… but it’s just not okay to do business like this.
I can’t recommend them.
