I cannot stop buying the Tignanello brand purse. I feel that it was simply made for me, as I am wont to like practically any style purse that I’ve spied. True that I love wine, and this label is actually an Italian Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cab Franc& Cab Sauv. $ 56 for a shiny new, two-toned bag? Merry Christmas to moi! The downstairs portion of the store has the cutest home goods and baby clothes imagineable. Snuck in some light shopping there as my phase 2 after the purse find.

I used to come here a lot when I worked in the area, Now not so much. Not all Marshall’s are the same This one doesn’t seem to get as much of the best brands. They get some though and there are defiantly deals to be found. The layout it ok, the store feels kind of outdated and drab. While most people are here for the cloths, the home section has good ideals if you watch for them. Finally I have never had a problem with the staff. They might not be the most enthusiastic but they do there jobs quickly. Tip: most inventory moves through quickly. If you don’t see what you like check back in a couple weeks…

This is a 2 story Marshall’s. Nice place. The managers and the cashiers: 2 thumbs down. The manager was Steve. The lady at the fitting room was AWSOME.

Sure, it’s a discount outlet, but wow! I got great customer service, especially in the dressing room check-in. I generally take a LOT of items to try on(efficiency shopping because I don’t like going anymore often than I have to), and this is the first store where they counted up the 14 items and let me in without a fuss. The remodel on the store and dressing rooms is nice; big well-lit space to try stuff on. I found some quality, attractive items, in clothing and in shoes. I spent too much, but for good reason. After really negative experiences at stores like Macy’s, it’s so refreshing to be treated like a welcomed customer!

I never been to a two story Marshalls before. They have so many luggages here back here in CA our selection is like half. The clothes are neatly organized. Plenty of shoe selections, I grabbed 2 pair of shoes. The dressing room lock needs to be fixed. Several of the rooms don’t lock cause it’s misaligned. The cashier was nice. I was asking her about clam digging even though it’s not store related and she didn’t know about it she directed me to a store that would. I also had a rewards card that wouldn’t scan, she called the manager down. They don’t have the program here and tried scanning the card until it worked. Even though the card wasn’t a gift card or anything important they happily resolved my issue.

Marshall’s one of my favorite Discount Department stores. Discount I say because they’ve been rejected by Quality Controllers. But this one is one of my faves! I had a jacket I bought once, price tag still on the jacket. I was waiting for until the weather cools down, so I decided to put it on, and I found the defective jacket. Took it right back, almost a year ago WITHRECEIPT of course. This girl doesn’t throw away any receipts, specially when I used CC. But the store manager knows I’m a frequent shopper there, he didn’t gave me a full refund, but he DID gave me a store certificate, and it was used that same day.. . how can I not be tempted? They have so many selections that fits ME. I tried their cookies, anything chocolates, chocolate pancake, nuts, and trail mix(watch where they’re made, I can be picky!). I know — shouldn’t eat a lot of processed foods, specially containing sodium or soy beans. .. .but that was before I was diagnosed with low thyroid. But, the chips some are as hard as rocks! I took them back, they gave me 100% money back. The rest I like! Also beware WHERE they’re from. Won’t buy foods Made in China! During the last 5 years, they’ve changed hands. New managers, new employees, what’s UP with that? None once, twice, maybe 3x? I lost track!

Marshall’s wins the award for Most Incompetent Cashier Ever. This girl asked me, Did you find everything okay? To which I replied, Not really, no. Instead of asking what I had been looking for, she just said, Oh you didn’t? Okay. And then rang me up. When I asked her why Marshall’s would train her to ask that question but not to follow up, she cleverly replied, Huh? I won’t bore you with a recount of the entire conversation, just suffice to say that no matter how I tried to explain to her that the question is moot if she’s not actually interested in my shopping experience, I couldn’t seem to get through to her. In the end she told me, Oh, okay. I understand now. Have a nice night. She never did ask what it was I’d been in after.

I’ve always found great stuff here. I was told this is the«flagship» location for the Pacific Northwest so I’m sure that has something to do with it. They have a few Ed Hardy items, Marc Jacob suits, and I’ve even seen some Dolce & Gabbana dress shirts a few times. This is my second favorite Marshalls for finding high end stuff. The Scottsdale, AZ location will never be beat!

This Marshall’s kind of sucks, mainly because the Men’s clothing section and the Men’s changing room are on DIFFERENTFLOORS. Um… whose bright idea was that? Also, their selection kinda blows. HOWEVER, the Marshall’s next to Ikea up by the Airport RULES. The wife and I have gotten lots of great stuff for dirt cheap there — totally worth checking out. Probably my best score was a Ralph Lauren bathrobe on clearance for $ 15…god knows how much it was originally! Plus several great pairs of jeans for $ 20 – 35.

Once in a blue moon, you’ll find discounted licenced sports stuff here, but otherwise to me, this place just isn’t really worth the time to stop in. If you like fake-ass G-unit shirts and soon-to-be-grimey home goods, then maybe stop in.
