Little Caesars Pizza

The price is good for the quality of pizza. But the customer service is one of the worst. Cashier was not very polite and looks annoyed for helping you. Just very poor customer skills.

It’s Little Caesars. I am not expecting great service, which there isn’t. But the pizza took 8 minutes like they said and it’s good. So I’m not complaining

I eat here often and don’t usually have a problem but the way the kid behind the counter was acting towards all the customers was surprising, heaven forbid you had a question cuz he talk to you like you are completely stupid, to more than one customer I was actually kind of surprised. And then another lady walked up to the counter complaining that she had ordered I was told over the phone was only going to be 10 minutes for her order and she had been here for 40 minutes, and then they proceeded to give her a cold pizza and cold breadsticks, and when she pointed it out he was like well it’s been 40 minutes. But she had been sitting in the lobby and he just didn’t call her name or give it to her. Because it was her fault she was waiting. And then proceeded to try and put the pizza in the breadsticks that were cold that she didn’t want back into the warmer and when I said something he gave me a dirty look and told me I know what I’m doing, but he did take the bread sticks out after that. Makes me worry about their food that’s hot and ready, maybe it’s been rejected and waiting for the next victim. Lol makes me sad because it is the closest thing to my house. The pizza is good, the the service is terrible. They have a special for free crazy bread if they don’t offer it before you pay. After paying, we noticed the sign and didn’t recall her mentioning about the breadsticks. We asked if we could have the free breadsticks like the sign advertised, but she insisted that she offered the breadsticks, but she didn’t in reality. She just didn’t want to give us those free crazy bread. Since they advertise free breadsticks, trying to fool customers is a bad idea. I’m disappointed in the service I had today at this Little Caesars.
