These guys are nice, I spoke with the DM regarding the previous Unilocal.For some reason the store on 33^rd and sandy didn’t have the access to the order details (computer error?) of store 1011 (different franchise owners)

Super rude, tons of techs just standing around, lots of foul language, and they didn’t even do the service I needed after waiting about 40 minutes.
I have a 2010 Subaru Outback. I’ve brought this in to them to change my head light a few times. Usually fast and prompt.
Today they let me know twice it cost $ 125 at the dealership to change– which it doesn’t-and after 3 – 4 people looked into it, tried, but failed, they told me they would need to take off my front bumper and company policy won’t allow them-​so why did they try in the first place? Maybe the should hire some knowledgable techs– boy a bunch of rude men. Beyond rude, full of lies, and Jiffy Lube just lost me as a customer for life.

This Jiffy lube rocks! I’ve never had a more friendly & efficient experience. Especially on a Saturday!
In 11 min they were able to change my oil, check my tires and fluids and have me on my way. I can’t recommend this place more.

I went through DEQ and my OBDII was dead, so they couldn’t complete the test. DEQ thought it was a blown fuse. I took it to Jiffy Lube and JJ was the coolest. She pulled out my fuse cover, changed my fuse, and fixed the OBDII for free. I passed DEQ and would definitely go back to this Jiffy Lube. Woohoo Jiffy Lube, you’re awesome! Thank you!

I wish I could give a zero star. I was at a local tire store when a customer asked where he could get an oil change. Someone mentioned this shop. Another customer and I mentioned terrible experiences; both with their service people putting in the wrong fluid. Another person mention that he told the service people that his vehicle had 4-​wheel drive. They said he was wrong. It had 2-​wheel drive. Interesting since the emblem on the vehicle says 4-​wheel drive. Beware!

Pros: Quick in and out (10 minutes). Friendly.
Cons: I paid extra for the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change but they did not complete all of the included services and they charged me extra because me vehicle needed a «special» oil filter. Also, I noticed my exterior windows hadn’t been cleaned and floors weren’t vacuumed, which again, were part of the service I paid for.
Finally, the worst of all… the «free» coffee/​tea was empty! Haha! All in all, they were friendly and it was a quick in and out and that was the best part of my experience.

The only place I take my car.
They work on making a relationship with their customers. Mutual benefit means they get my exclusive business and I get a good price with nice service. I pulled in just to get their opinion on my ATF. They topped it off kindly and asked that I come to them for my next service. Yes I will.
Other thoughts: JJ was really nice.

Went in for an oil change because I was coming up on 4,000 miles. Guy told me my oil and all my levels looked good and that if it were him, he’d hold off on getting the change. Showed me on the computer that my 2002 Forester could go up to 7,500 miles between changes, especially since there was synthetic oil in my engine. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, aired up my tires and sent me on my way.

Quick in and out for a fair price.
This location is convenient, clean and they really do get it done in a Jiffy.
No need for an appointment and they review your options without up selling pressure — just the facts.
if you need your routine maintenance done — this is a great option.

Went into this Jiffy Lube, and was glad to see new management. They had great customer service, and were not pushy like other Jiffy Lubes that I have been to. JJ and Brandon made it a quick, efficient, and enjoyable experince. I recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, efficient, and friendly service. I will be returning for my next oil change.

I had the worst experience ever at this Jiffy Lube. I have been to this Jiffy Lube numerous times with my vehicle. Today I went in for an oil change and they also sold me an air filter and it came to $ 69 .38. I opened my purse and handed the lady 4 $ 20 bills. She turned her back to me went into the hallway, where there is no camera, and then into the office and came back and told me that I had given her a counterfeit $ 20 bill. I know with 100% certainty that I did not hand that woman a counterfeit bill. The counterfeit bill that she brought back to me did not feel or even look right, it was obvious that it was not real. The district manager said that he could call the police on me for attempting to pass a counterfeit bill or we could agree to disagree and I could give them a different 20. I asked for the phone number to corporate and he said that he was corporate and asked if I would like his phone number. I could have went without the sarcasm I was already traumatized enough. I reluctantly switched the bills with them, but I know with certainty that I never gave that lady a counterfeit bill. I would recommend that you dont do business with these people and if anybody chooses to use this business, use a debit or credit card. And I would also like to say utilize them at your own risk. I only gave them one star because there is not an option to give them zero stars. Consumer beware. Dishonest employees.

Fast and helpful service!

Terrible experience. Very similar to what others are rating about this location. I don’t know if its because I have lady bits but they kept forcing all of these additional things on me when all I wanted was a simple oil change. They even got defensive when I told them my valid reasoning! When I go in to say what I would like a certain concern addressed its one thing to recommend… but in this scenario they made me cornered and stupid for not going with their recommendations!!!

Great customer service and very informative

I generally avoid the quick change oil places due to the exact experience I recently had at the Sandy Blvd Jiffy Lube.
During the check-​in the technician told me synthetic oil was «required» for my car. I questioned him and he again said it was «required.» I told the attendant it wasn’t required and if they insisted on synthetic I’d go elsewhere. He explained the old oil was already drained from my car. He agreed to put in regular oil, but warned me that I was running a risk of ruining my engine by using regular oil.
The owner’s manual for my car clearly states that regular oil is recommended, but I may use synthetic if I wish. There’s a world of difference between «may» and «required,» but apparently not to this technician.
I had the knowledge to say no, but how many people end up with an $ 80 oil change when a $ 20 change will do? There’s nothing wrong with synthetic oil, but for my driving needs it isn’t necessary and is not required by the manufacturer.
I’ll stick with the shops that know the difference between «may» and «required.»

Went in again, and I have to say that I’m just over this place.
All I wanted was a cheap oil change. When asked what I wanted, I told them just to have the oil changed. Somehow I ended up paying $ 50 for that «basic» oil change. The subtly caught me not paying attention with their «what you got last time» for high milage oil, and they gave me the signature service (or whatever they call it) to do fluids, etc, and charge me extra.
On top of that, they gave me the worst horror stories yet about all the things about to go wrong with my car. If I let them have their way, I’d have spent about $ 600 in random services. Maybe some of these are needed, but all of them? I’ll get a second opinion, from honest people.
I put up with their B.S. in order to get a cheaper oil change. I didn’t get that, and I won’t be back. Screw you Jiffy Lube!

This crew broke my daughters Audi console when she was there and said they were not able to fix it.
They also undid the bolts holding the under engine pan on and used zip ties to replace it which broke on the highway on a dark stormy night, causing us to get It towed.

They still need to pay for these repairs.
Very poor management.

You will end up getting jacked for sure. Let me tell you my story:
I have experience working on cars, but while living in the city and running a business chose to go here because it’s quick. I made that mistake on a sunday prior to going on a long road trip. They talked me into a complete coolant change and flush with my oil change.
(BTW Jiffy Lube advertises $ 19.99 Oil changes, but they are taught to upsell every customer so that the franchise makes an average of $ 60/​customer.

Any way, they scammed me into a coolant change and I agreed because I was driving from PDX to Vegas and I figured fresh coolant in the desert is good. After the service I went home and packed my truck. The next morning while headed over Mt Hood, my car overheated and had to be towed back to PDX. They had not done a critical thing… BLEED THE SYSTEM OF AIR! So basically I was running on about 40% of the coolant amount I should have. The end result is that I had to have a complete rebuild of the top end of my motor because it fried my head gasket and cracked my exhaust manifold.
We fought them with a lawyer and ended up getting a settlement, which only covered about 65% of the bill. Lucky for me the lawyer was a friend or I would have been negative on the deal.
So Here is the best part that will blow you away!
They still email me shit and send me letters addressed from the business owner saying «we want you back as a customer» What idiots!
I HATE this Jiffy Lube! They ruined my schedule for months and months while I had to fight them for what they were denying. I had to temporarily buy another used vehicle to drive while they fought with me to settle on fixing my truck. They suck so bad and you WILL get screwed if you ever go here.
DON’T GET HOSED! This place is HORRIBLE.

Skip this one. There are dozens of JL’s, but this one oversells and under performs.
Trust me. Your car will last a couple more miles to try a different Jiffy Lube.
Let’s just say this oil-​changin’ place was greasier than the oil filters they attempt to replace.
