I have lived in a rental for 2yrs and had a very good experience. They have not raised my rent or asked me to resign a lease. They have very good about maintance issues. Would and have recommended them.

For the last 4 years I rented a townhouse through Herb Hoffart and Co. The reason I stayed there so long was because of the management. Anytime I had a maintainence issue someone was out right away and generally worked around my schedule. (I refused to let anyone in my home without me there… even if it was to fix my garbage disposal.) Overall, I think we paid a good price for where we lived and they didn’t up our rent once. Once our lease expired we were just month to month until we gave our notice. (we bought a house) After we moved out we got almost all of our deposit back minus the cost of a blind replacement which we were expecting. A+ renting experience. Highly recommended!
