I wouldn’t rent from them if they ran the town’s cheapest whorehouse. My wife had to file some «reasonable accommodation» paperwork with them to replace the carpet with tile or hard wood floor. They declined. Dalton «Management» (its amusing to me as they couldn’t manage a pay toilet with 2 quarters and a roll of toilet paper) then mailed us our own client file to our old address… what? The incompetency continues. We dropped off our 30 day notice not once but twice to their drop box. They said they never got it, presumably to charge us a lease break fee. The last straw is when we moved out and received a letter stating we owed $ 1000 in damages for broken tiles that the former owner (before Dalton «Management») was fully aware of. Does it look good that Dalton had no less than 3 site «managers» in less than 12 months? Wow! You have been warned. Steer clear of any property that Dalton owns and/​or «manages».
