Love me some H&M back home, and had found a bamboo pattern shirt that I also wanted to get for my sister and mom. This H&M, y’all. While at first glance, it seemed organized, moving further into the store reminded me of Forever 21 during the holidays or a thrift store going out of business. There were multiple hanging area without much rhyme or reason. We did find one shirt like the one I had already had in a hodge podge of other shirts, but because the store was literally a scavenger hunt of clothing, we left. The staff that was there was impassive, not really helping but we didn’t experience anybody being rude.

Horrible customer service from the counter guy. We were returning a pair of shoes we got for our lil girl. Mind you, we bought these only 2 days prior at another location and after only a few hours of use they were already falling apart. The sales rep starts giving the 3rd degree… Like interrogation style. Where did you go? This doesn’t look like a few hours use? Well maybe I’ll get you another pair… No dude! Ur gonna refund my money, look at the GD receipt and date of purchase… We haven’t even had them 72 hours and only had 2 – 3 hours of walking before they were falling apart. I don’t want another pair… I was so ready to get his manager and make a scene out of his attitude… Better yet I woulda rather jump the counter n knock his condescending teeth in. My lady, calmly gave me the look, and I walked away while she finished the ordeal. Never again at this store h&m… I’m willing to try another store as a slim possibility… Though I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Absolutely horrible. I just got a new job and was really excited to buy a new wardrobe. A lot of stuff. I spent an hour and a half in the store picking out some amazing pieces. At the fitting room, with my arms completely full of way too many clothes, I’m told I can’t try anything on because the store is closing. No announcement was made and the sales clerk clearly could give a shit. She offered no assistance. I left without a single thing and it ruined my day. I have been shopping at other H&Ms for years and will definitely not be coming back now. Beyond utterly disappointed.

Totally misleading signs in the stores. When you see a rack of clothing with a sign showing a price tag, that ISNOT the price you pay. Large red tag on top of rack might indicate«$ 5», but items on the rack are all $ 15, $ 20, $ 25 and up. Cashier will say, the sign means $ 5 and up. Blatantly misleading store signs. Consider yourself warned.

i LOVE this h&m. I came here with my kids and husband and we left with a few things for everyone and spent under $ 200(kids dresses/leggings/shirts, baby clothes, clothes & make up for me, shoes & work clothes for my husband). The store was one of the cleanest H&Ms ive ever been to(mind you, i’m from los angeles), and yes the line was kinda long but nothing outrageous or worth getting upset about.

I was very happy to know that H & M was coming to the Portland area but a bit underwhelmed by the store.

This H&M has really friendly employees but can be a nightmare to get out of. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and they had one register open and a line of over 20 people. Thank goodness the girl at the register was really quick and knew exactly what she was doing. It still took over 20 minutes to get through the line and it didn’t really make sense that there were a lot of other employees were scattered around the store doing other things. I was also originally told that the upstairs register would probably be open, so I walked up there and had to come back down. That wasted time as well. Decently organized store. Better than the one at Pioneer that always has heaps of clothing on the store. Not as good as the one at Tanasbourne.

I’m often a bag/purse sherpa for my fiancé when she is shopping. I’ve gotten very good at strapping bags, jackets, and other provisions to my person while she is trekking through a store finding all the latest fashions. I have grown thick emotional callouses that make me impervious to inquisitive glances strangers give me when I am sporting a purse while my girl is in the dressing room. It’s easy to get cranky when you’re playing the sherpa, but I’ve found the shopping experience at this particular H&M to be rather pleasant. There’s a bench next to the dressing room that I can hang out at. The music is catchy. I largely feel comfortable here. I can’t speak to the quality of clothing or value for what it costs… I’ve never purchased anything here. But it’s a nice store at the Lloyd Center and I’ll probably go back whether I like it or not.

Horrible customer service! Same selection as other stores, so just go to another location.

Not my favorite H&M location(that would be the Pioneer Place location), but this one still has a great selection of clothing. The first floor is dedicated to women’s, while the second floor has the men’s & children’s. The store was easy to navigate, organized, and was very spacious. I think that the selection in the Pioneer Place one is bigger though, which is why I prefer that more. However, if you’re in the area, this one isn’t bad either.
