Foot Bar

Amy Gwartney was my massage therapist in this cute little Foot Bar. Best ever! And she has her own practice so I would probably schedule one of those next time I’m in town. Thanks Amy! And Foot Bar!

I came where as a walk-​in and was accommodated. Relaxing atmosphere and great customer service with skilled therapists. This is one of the best foot massages I’ve had. The hot stones were a pleasant touch to an already relaxing service.

Sohn, Jennifer and Anna are awesome! They somehow were able to fit two of us in during reservations! They are committed to making a comfy atmosphere in this warm vibe.

Offered complimentary beverage (wine, beer, tea, water). It was a great foot massage and the people were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Relaxed and friendly staff. Friend and I had a 30 minute foot massage booked in advance. Prices were a bit steep, but would still return. Offered tea, beer and water before hand. They did a heck of a job. Lots of pressure but not too much. The hot stones were a nice touch, especially in between the toes.
From their website I would have thought it was a larger place. It was one room with all customers in one room. They also went a bit longer than 30 minutes. Glad we went!

I was in Portland for business a couple of weeks ago and went to the foot bar. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of care I received. Although the foot bar specializes in reflexology, I was in need of a pedicure. I was able to drop-​in and Jennifer Nguyen, one of the owners, went to work. First of all, the facility is very relaxing. You won’t experience noxious smells from gel treatments because all of the materials are non-​toxic. The polish is made without formaldehyde. Jennifer explained that if I rub jojoba oil onto my cuticles, that the discoloration I’ve noticed beneath the polish will go away. (it has) The best part of the experience was the foot massage. Normally, this is a cursory «rub down» from pre-​occupied and seemingly bored technicians. Instead, I got an incredible «treatment.» I was floating off the ground when I left. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of the most AMAZING experiences. The staff was so pleasant and very accommodating. We made a last minute appointment and I totally misunderstood and Jennifer Nguyen graciously made it work out! She totally didn’t even have to but she took the schedule that was already booked and fit me and my partner in. Now that was amazing then to my surprise the service was beyond flawless. The foot reflexology was out of this world. Kaylinn and Anna where just a delight. The nail tech whom did my partners nails was also a real treat. If I could give this company 10stars I would. We both booked our next appointment for the works. Totally worth it! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

Absolutely spot on. We wanted a high quality foot massage by experienced professionals. That is exactly what we got. The space is small and sufficient. Very neutral, no frills but tasteful which was nice for my hubbie. I had a very nice black tea (several flavored to choose from) and my hubbie had a great Pinot. The foot soak was fantastic. Pillows were comfy. The massage was so perfect. Hot stones, lotion, scrub. We are regulars going forward. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you for providing some relaxation in a two toddler world!

Just got my first foot bar foot massage from Sohn. She’s awesome firm strong massaging hands. I stand a lot for work & didn’t realize how tight & tender my feet were so definitely a treat. They even serve complimentary wine, beer & 7 different types of teas with the service. If only I can have this every day.

I just went to Foot Bar, my favorite reflexology and foot massage place, and found it was under new ownership. At first I was hesitant to get a treatment but figured why not, I was already there. They have a new business model, offering pedicures using natural products like Zoya nail polish. I was pleasantly satisfied. They are still offering 15 – 60 minute reflexology massages as well as spa pedicures that are lovely. Plus you can still enjoy a nice glass of wine or hot cup of tea, complimentary, holla! ;)

Relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service. Skilled therapists. This is one of the best massages I’ve had and I will be coming back. It’s a great birthday gift or any other special occasion.

Stopped in here the other day after walking by several times and wanting to give it a try.
Very friendly ladies inside provided a fun time and great 30 minute foot massage at reasonable pricing. Cozy clean place and tea, water or wine was offered. I see myself stopping by often in the future. My feet felt great afterwards.

Terri was just the best. I started my morning with a delicious blend of tea and her 30 minute reflexology treatment. I feel fantastic. I cannot wait to get my feet back in there. Great vibe and great gals.

My sister and I had a great experience. Convenient location; good customer service, including wine or tea; comfortable, clean, modern, relaxing atmosphere; and foot massages that were everything we hoped they would be. I think we have a new tradition for when I visit!
I would like to compare this experience to Kiva.

Not a fan. I thought I was going to get a fun reflexology rub with my friend but neither of the people we scheduled with were reflexology specialist. Hmmmm ok, then we ordered wine and it was poured out of a box. Which would be fine except I paid 70 bucks for a rub my 12 year old could have given me and a crappy glass if wine. Boo. Don’t go. It’s a waste of time and money.

Great little place to ease those sore feet while walking the Pearl. They will serve you a nice glass of wine followed by a terrific foot massage.

Okay, I have to amend my earlier review, because I FINALLY went in for a full body massage, given by Heather Pittman. I had heard she was good, but let me tell you, that was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had. She got into all of my trouble spots and kneaded away the kinks. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep — which I’ve never done during a massage before! It was awesome. I felt like a million dollars afterwards, and slept like a baby that night.
AMAZING!!!

In need of a quick visit to heaven to revive your weary self? Perhaps you want to give the gift of heaven to someone you adore, or someone who you simply fear has been to naught to ever make it there in the afterlife?
Then a trip to Foot Bar is in order. Really what they offer is a relaxing decadent version of a pedicure minus all that annoying nail polish and clipping. Having my feet rubbed, scrubbed and loved is just one of those divine pleasures that I’m willing to pay for. So you can chose a foot bath as short as 15 minutes (for $ 20) or as long as 60 minutes (for $ 80 or $ 85). I’d recommend the 45 minute salt scrub personally because it gives you enough time to enjoy the experience without putting to large a dent in your wallet.
This is also a fine place to take your man, the blue and green tones in the room aren’t girly and intimidating, its just very zen. They also can accommodate a fair number of people at a time if you want to turn it into a girls weekend event.
They also have another part of their business: the Body Bar — offering lovely massages. Service for both was friendly, warm and professional.

Who doesn’t love a great foot rub?
This spa makes for a great afternoon getaway for girlfriends. I took a friend here who is new to Portland, and we sipped on wine while we got our feet massaged. How relaxing is that? The hot soak was especially nice, which I wish would have lasted longer. You then get your feet massaged and scrubbed, followed by a cold splash. My only complaint is that it lasted just 15 minutes. At $ 25 a person for 15 minutes, it’s a bit steep but definitely worth the indulgence. I think next time, though, I’d cough up an extra $ 15 and get the whole works, which included hot stones and other therapy.
Tip: You can also get a full body massage upstairs in the body bar. This would make a great date too, but I love it for a special girlfriend day.
