Holly… what an awesome salesperson. I went to return pants. She tried to find a pair more appropriate for me. She found a pair of capris, 3 shirts and I bought them all. She also reordered the pants I returned another size. Very accommodating!!! Never had a salesperson so friendly and nice. Thanks for helping me, Holly!

I went to the store today to get a bra. I have three kids and no free time and specifically went to the store because I need help. The sale person was nice and helped pick out a few bras to try but was way too busy will other customers to help me. It seems to me if you advertise a place that helps women find bras you ought to staff the store with enough people to help customers

Went in Monday 2÷23÷2014. The sales girl was too busy chatting with a friend about the new max line. I stood in the store for 10 min listening to their conversation, never once was acknowledged. When her friend finally led she still ignored me started putting clothes back on a rack and asked the girl in the fitting room if she needed help, her reply, «no I already grabbed a different size» I proceeded to look around the store after all I drove into NW to go to this store for 2 sports bras and a sweatshirt. Still no help, I polity asked if this is the normal cutover service, her reply, «oh I’m sorry, my co-worker is at lunch and I was talking with a friend». ummm still no offer to help. Well, that defined my desire to shop at title nine locally.

I needed a bra to support my post children shape. Upon walking in the store the gal who greeted me knew just the right bras to steer me to and was able to measure my size outside my clothing. This store has the most friendly, knowledgeable employees. I was also able to order a vest I had been eyeing that was out if stock online!

I went here yesterday in search of a sports bra. I am sort of a nightmare to shop with. I was greeted and helped right away. It was busy on a Friday afternoon and after waiting 10 minutes for a dressing room to open up they offered to let me try them on in their back room. I was back there for an hour and they were incredibly helpful in bringing me dozens of bras until I found one that worked for me. It’s expensive(my bra was $ 58 which seemed pretty standard), but worth it. I especially recommend this for someone that needs a lot of assistance! Exceptional customer service from all three attendants.

It was Sunday afternoon and I was needing at least one sports bra for a class I was starting on Monday. I hate bra shopping, as most people do, so I’d put off ever picking up a sports bra until now. After a frustrating afternoon of shopping for sports bras elsewhere I trotted in minutes before the posted closing time, feeling guilty for coming in so late and hoping to just grab something without peeving the workers off too much. I was relieved to find an entire wall of sports bras in the back and I started picking through it. I was warmly greeted and offered help. She helped me pick out a few to try on, evaluated their fit and gave me nice advice and info. It turns out that they were having an event so I wasn’t actually cutting into their closing time; not only that but I got a discount too! Finding this place was such a relief. If I need any other sportswear I’ll be sure to head back.

Great place for sports bras… especially if your larger than a B cup.

This place is perfect for me besides being a little spendy. They have amazing looking clothes made out of soft eco friendly fabrics that feel so good on your skin. The staff is friendly and their return policy is out of this world good! I got a dress their the other day and got 15 compliments on it. I love to look good, but feel comfortable in my clothes and this store fits the bill.

I LOVE clothess from Title Nine; however, after walking into this store in The Pearl District and not being greeted by any of the sales people, I will not return, and I’ll think twice about buying anything online. I walked around looking at clothes with a shopping bag from North Face. Still, nobody bothered to talk to me UNTIL I was walking out the door – too late folks! Make me feel special while I’m IN your store. I was prepeared to make a purchase of a dress that I saw, but noticing that nobody seemed to care that I was even there, yet greeted others and offered help to others coming in after me, I was extremely disappointed in the poor service. Leaves a lot to be desired.

Title Nine is a nice alternative to Lucy and Lululemon. Their clothes are cute, comfortable, and functional. Great activewear for fitness, swim, sport or just hanging out. Fabulously helpful staff. Always a nice experience whether you’re on a mission or just browsing.

I started a running training program a couple of months ago and noticed my old sports bras aren’t meant for that kind of high impact. A lot of people online were recommending for great sports bras. I was excited to see they had a brick and mortar location in Portland, since buying a bra is the sort of thing I feel much better about doing in person so I can try them on. The Title Nine web site said that the Portland location was having a bra sale of 15% off on July 30th so I specifically waited til today to go. I walked into the store and bee-lined for the bras. I must’ve looked clueless because a nice girl — Astaria(?) immediately came to my rescue and helped me select several to try on. I ended up trying on pretty much every bra in the store. The thing I like about Title Nine bras is that they are meant for real women with boobs. You can tell this from their web site — just read the copy. They have tested these and know what women like and don’t. Most of their bras have back clasps because any woman who has tried to get off one of those pull-over bras after a sweaty workout knows it is annoying! Plus these bras can be sized in the straps and back to make sure your fit is exact. Overall the experience was great. However the reason I’m knocking a star off is because this«bra event» was not advertised in the store. I had to ask for the discount, and it seemed to be very hush-hush. The girl ringing me up wasn’t even aware it was going on. So before you go to Title Nine, check the web site and see if there are any specials going on… don’t count on in-store clues. The bra prices are $ 30 – 60, with most around $ 50. But you get what you pay for — they are absolutely high-quality.

During my Zumba class last night, I realized that my boobs were getting way too close to my chin, aka, my sports bra was wearing out. Bra shopping is definitely on the bottom of my «favorite things to do» list. So much contorting, stretching, hooking, chafing… I try to do it as little as possible. I’m also, um, kinda busty, so finding things in my size has always been an issue. Not here. There were two walls full of bras, all separated by their barbell system. 4 barbells is what I was looking for, meaning that it virtually eliminates bounce, and was good at keeping the girls in line. Have you heard that most women are wearing the wrong bra size? Count me in. I was WAY off, and ended up a couple sizes smaller than what I currently wear. I had her take my measurements when the first round of bras didn’t fit(based on the size i thought i wore), and she even made sure that the fit was perfect. They also carry lots of super cozy clothes, anything from workout wear, to coats and normal everyday kinda stuff. I could do some damage in there for sure. They also have a website, while their store does have a lot of selection, there’s way more you can order too.
