Super quality designs by local girl with a careful eye for drape and wear; informed sense of history while keeping garment modern, fresh and at «affordable luxury» price points. Additional local producers round out the boutique.
Look for great knits in cooler months and «hits at the right place» dresses in trademark overlays. Don’t miss the in-​house line of slips and unusual jewelry.

I walk by this shop all the time and decide to go in «another time.» Well yesterday I left work, walked straight there and went in. Sarah, the shop owner and designer of much of the contents, greeted me with a smile. I told her my sad story about last months wedding (my cousins) and the incidents that occurred prior and after. I won’t bore you with the details but there was crying, dresses on the floor, the word stripper and general self loathing. She immediately went to work to find me something that I could wear with joy, ease and class. She really knows how to work with different body types and her clothing is very versatile. I had a great time chatting with her and she even called me later to touch base about a question I had. I ended up with four dresses, a slip, belt and earrings. It wasn’t the cheapest shopping trip but it was the BEST. I cant wait to check in with her this fall.

Not sure who is more adorable, the shop or the owner but either way you do not want to miss this precious boutique. Everything you buy there will be classic and well-​made which means it will last! A great place for gifts too. I cannot say enough about how welcoming, sweet and helpful Sarah is. She is clearly doing exactly what she was meant to be doing — a fashion star who absolutely shines. The selection is fantastic and unique and it is impossible to leave without finding something that you cannot live without. Thank you Sarah for giving us Portlanders a fantastic place to shop!

A very cute shop! The gal who worked there was extremely nice and helpful. It seems like most of their items are portland based designers, which is awesome. Things there aren’t cheap, but they seem well made and have great silhouettes that I see would be flattering to many different body types. I picked up some super cute and simple hand crafted jewelry that I’m very excited to wear.

Oh, how I love this little shop. I’ve been in several times for myself and for gifts and now own three beautiful (and affordable and comfy!!) Sarah Bibb dresses. The clothing selection at Folly is carefully curated; there’s gorgeous stuff everywhere you look.
But what I love most about this store is the service. I usually dislike boutique shopping because the salespeople tend to hover too much for my taste, but Folly’s owner, Sarah, has a remarkable ability to engage with her customers charmingly and unobtrusively. She has a great eye and picked out several dresses that she thought would work for me – I went home with two of them. And when I came in on my birthday, she gifted me an adorable little candle with my purchase. Thanks, Sarah!

Love this boutique! Very stylish pieces that you don’t see anywhere else around town. This buyer knows what she’s doing, and the sales person is excellent. I recommend this place to those with serious style, or those who hope to cultivate it!

One of my favorite places to shop! Sarah, the owner of Folly, is so adorable and oh, just awesome! She isn’t afraid to tell you if something doesn’t work– I personally hate it when sales clerk are always saying how fabulous it looks when it’s obvious you look like s***.
I’m absolutely love her brand of clothing line– from the wrap dresses to the reversible Hyla wrap skirts! She gives you lots of tips and ideas on how to wear the clothes and what to match it with. This store is just really great!

Folly is the most adorable store. Every time I go really I have to restrain myself, my closet is positively stuffed with Sarah’s designs. You will not find cuter clothes anywhere. Be sure to check out her super precious baby clothes too!
OH! And her hair clips are the best! I bought a big white flower one there a few years ago and I wear it all the time.

Ditto the «gem» of a boutique with eclectic flair for fashion and style that appealed to both my daughter and I, and we have very different tastes. We both found something we loved and thought unique – hadn’t seen anything similar somewhere else – so we made a purchase. The owner/​designer is a wonderful help and does listen to what you may be on the search for and a sweetheart to boot. Very nice.

This little store is a total gem and I am so lucky to have stumbled on it. I picked up the cutest 60’s style coat on sale, by pure happenstance. The owner has a true sense of design and display — the typewriter for the mailing list is completely genius!

I ran past here on my way to the waterfront and I made a mental note to come back when I wasn’t so sweaty. This store has super-​cute, handmade women’s clothing– feminine but not in an off-​putting or obnoxious way. The style reminds me a bit of Anthropologie, and Sarah (the owner/​designer) is very friendly and will recommend clothes that will suit your style and flatter your figure. This is a great local business and I highly recommend it. I bought a one-​of-​a-​kind reversible wraparound skirt that I will be wearing all spring.
