Flat Rock Concrete Leveling

I had an appointment to meet with Britt in Friday morning to get a bid for some concrete repairs. I tried to contact then by phone (left a voice mail) and followed up with an email to inform him I would not be able to meet at the scheduled time. I included photos and a detailed description of what we wanted done for each section. I also included my phone number in the email and voice message. I never got a call or reply staying he received either until Saturday evening.
Apparently, Britt arrived and nobody was home so he left. No phone call, nothing. Their reply email stated that since they came out once and nobody was home, there world be a $ 50 fee for another trip out to Beaverton and this would be applied to the work we wanted done if we chose to use their services.
Giving one star for poor follow up, no attempt to contact us when they arrived at our home and then wanting to charge us $ 50 for another trip out to our home.
Very poor first impression. Going to go with another contractor.

Britt and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. If you want a team who will get the job done, and done right. Give them a call. They take pride in their work, and the quality shows!

Flat Rock Concrete did some work at my rental property. Raised five sections totaling about fifty feet of walkway for a VERY reasonable price of $ 800. The expansion joints had settled differently, leaving trip hazards of one-​half to one-​and-​a-​half inches. Showed up on time for the estimate and the work.
Because they are so busy, I had to schedule out three weeks to get their service, but it was done perfectly and professionally. I can’t recommend Britt and his company with any more enthusiasm… they are GREAT.

We are in the process of selling our house in Beaverton and some leveling repairs came up in the buyer’s home inspection. We had Britt (owner) and his crew (Big John and Little John… as I like to call them) out to help make the necessary repairs.
Britt and his crew showed up promptly in the morning, evaluated the concrete, and got right to work. He explained exactly what he was planning to do and the method behind it. It was an amazing process to watch and Britt and crew were very willing to answer all of my questions along the way.
They repaired a small concrete slab and a very long concrete slab which had broken into three sections. Both had settled over time creating a tripping and stepping hazard as well as water running off towards the foundation. On one end of the large slab was a newly updated porch which had to be partially disassembled in order to raise the slab. Britt took his time and paid very close attention to the wood structure as to not damage it.
Britt and his crew worked throughout the morning and afternoon in 90 degree weather and finished it all in about 6−½ hours. He and his crew were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Britt takes great pride in his work and it shows.
He came out on his own a few days later (Sunday) to finish up some of the cosmetic touches and to do some repair work on a deck/​balcony that we needed done.
After chatting with Britt for quite some time, he’s a family man who sacrifices a lot of his time with his family to provide quality repair work for his clients.
