Not very often do you have an experience at a car repair shop that leaves you inspired to write a positive review. I was referred here by a friend who had great experiences from Jacob the owner. I Scheduled an appointment to have a sway bar, wireless air system for my airbags, and 12 volt power ran to the rear of my truck bed. Jacob quoted the job for less than several competitors. The work was completed quickly and better than I expected. About one year later the wireless air bag controller began acting up. Jacob said bring it in and he’d take a look. He determined my controller went defective. He contacted manufacturer who refused to warranty it. Jacob purchased a replacement and covered me at no charge. He did this without me even asking and said that’s just the way he does business. He pointed out a set of wheels that came defective. Once again he covered his customer despite the manufacturer backing out of their responsibility.
If you need most any type of suspension, electrical, customization or a bed liner, go to the drop shop where you can still find top quality work from an honest guy who values his customers and his reputation.
