I was in a slump & was terribly unmotivated. I hate early mornings & struggled with a routine. Evan reached out and offered to help. Evan is patient, flexible & motivational. I told him my goal, which was to get into habit of working out again & he kept reaching out to me until I had no excuse! He found time to work with my schedule, kept in touch via text during the week to keep me motivated without being intrusive.
I think he will push you as hard as you are willing to be pushed. He doesn’t try to «upsale» you vitamins or classes. He stresses good nutrition & just being active. The workouts feel like they go by quickly because he is efficient & keeps me distracted from thinking about how tired I feel!

I have trained with Evan in the past on and off. Sometimes at the gym he works at but most of the time just as a workout partner at 24 hour fitness. He helped fix my shoulder which had been bugging me for years and my lower back which had been giving me problems. Every time we get back together to workout I learn something new! I have really enjoyed working out with him!

His name is Evan Zener, and he believes in fitness! Great trainer! Better than my last by far. I wanted to see a difference and he made sure of that! Very personable and dedicated.

Met Evan through a mutual friend. I was heading to live abroad for three months in Europe and needed a workout routine to follow on my trip. Something realistic that I could do with minimal equipment. He wrote up an awesome plan. He gave me a copy in a folder and sent me one through email. He also checked up on me throughout my trip which gave me more motivation. I plan on seeing him for single session within the month to prepare for summer.

I met Evan through a mutual friend and worked with him for a few months. He was a delight to workout with. Very positive, always in a good mood and passionate about health and fitness. If the commute wasn’t so difficult I would love to continue working with him.

I’ve been working out with Evan twice a week for a little over a month. I’ve had trainers in the pass, and can honestly say that he is one of the best ones I’ve had. I was looking for a more personalized workout that would push me past what I would do on my own and he has done exactly that. Every workout has been different and challenging and tailored to my fitness level. Evan doesn’t just care what you’re doing when you’re with him but also shows interest in what my needs are when I’m working out on my own. He is always asking questions about how I’m feeling physically and has a great eye for knowing when my body has reached its limits. He is encouraging without being bossy and is very easy to be around. I LOVE that I’m seeing the results of his personalized training and also love that he is showing me exercises that I could do on my own time. I look forward to future sessions with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a great fitness experience.

I do a lot of work in the gym on my own but have done some work with Evan and his pointers always take my workouts to the next level. Really appreciate his help and well worth the price.

My last personal trainer honestly didn’t care about my health or my fitness goals. He would bark orders at me, forgot about previous sessions, and didn’t seem to be in very good shape himself.
A friend referred me to Evan and I couldn’t be happier. I could tell right away that Evan really cares about his clients. He helped me develop a custom workout plan tailored to my body type and even created a plan to do on my own, outside of our sessions. I’m immensely happy with my results, thanks Evan for all your help!

I biked passed for a few weeks to school before I stopped in. I have had problems staying with a routine and keeping good form while keeping fit, but working with Evan changed all of that. I no longer think that I am doing an exercise correct, because I can feel and see the change. I feel like I get back what I give x2. He pushes me to the point where I am fired up and can really get that last rep and then he gets me to do one more with his charming smile and silliness. I been involved with athletics my entire life and it is amazing to see how he is able to push me and then have a complete beginner working at a level which he feels is right for them. Very impressive. My schedule changes constantly and Evan is more than accommodating. If you want to really get after it, he is your man. Stand up guy.

I have been training with Evan for a couple months now and am very happy with the results. I’m more than happy that I chose him as a trainer because not only is he a friend and a fun guy to be around, but when it comes to getting into shape you get your money’s worth. He knows what he’s talking about and knows how to specifically target whatever it is that you are trying to achieve. Also, he is able to give u good advice about what you should be eating and what you should not be eating. Not only is he my trainer but turned into a good friend, thanks Evan.
