Boot camp is a blast. I love these sessions. They are hard and fun at the same time. Kaitlyn does a great job. Don’t be fooled by her sweet nature, she will make you work!

This is an amazing bootcamp — Evan & Kaitlyn are incredible trainers and really know how to get the most out of you in an hour!
They are both very aware of how you do the exercises, so everyone gets individual attention and help when needed —

Kaitlyn and Evan are great personal trainers! Every week they try to introduce new exercises, which always keeps things challenging. They have the technical knowledge and know how to push you hard to set new personal bests, in a very inviting environment. I would highly recommend this class.

Evan and Kaitlyn are the best! Their boot camp is fun and challenging and changes every week. We are having so much fun that toddlers in the adjacent playground will often attempt to join in. I highly recommend this boot camp!

Woohoo is right! What a wonderful way to start my weekend after a very stressful work week. I so look forward to the workout, the support, the encouragement, and the results! Kaitlyn and Evan are the perfect combination I need in a trainer. They are so full of life and they share their «workout» recipes with us in a way that makes me want to challenge myself. They know me in a way that I don’t know myself. I have no limits to what they can help me achieve. I so appreciate their knowledge, support, and appreciation.
Can’t wait to go next week, the week after, the week after that, and beyond!
