Best Burger of my life! Hyperbole? Maybe! But totes true. The staff is SUPER nice and friendly which always takes it to the fifth star for me. The burgers are exquisite. I’ve only tried one or two of the few they offer, and I have been stunned into wide-eyed full-mouthed silence. They’re made with fresh ingredients so don’t taste all Boca-y, and they’re super filling. What’s more: they’re bee-you-tiful. They’re these big monstrous stacked things of beauty that are hard to eat and messy as hell, and totally worth it. My partner always comes up behind me after he orders his Pyro Pizza(legit wood-fired pizza) and adds an order of fries, which are the real skin-on deal. When I crave a burger(followed by a Back to Eden treat, obvi), I head here first.(Unless it’s really cold because I’m a baby and then I’ll go to Next Level.) Instagramableness: 10⁄10

I love this place! There’s so many reasons to eat at Earth Burgers but here’s just a few: their food is all hand made using local, organic ingredients. The burgers are thoughtful and well balanced, each with their own special toppings. Their french fries are THEBEST fries I’ve ever had — they sprinkle some magical Cajun dust on them that truly satisfies every greasy potato craving I’ve ever had. The frankfurter is SOGOOD it pains my soul that it’s not gluten free although probably for the best because I’d eat way too many. They offer all different options for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free’ers. Their smoothies(they only make one kind) is like a green heavenly milkshake that I crave all the damn time. Lastly, the owners, Diane and Stan, are the nicest people I’ve met since my time here in Portland and supporting their business just feels 10,000 times better knowing that it’s going to delicious food and good hearted people. Go here and order everything and you’ll thank me!

I don’t rate service, ambiance, cleanliness and wait times; they are too variable. I can put up with anything if the food is good. It is all about the food– that’s it. All of my ratings are based on vegan options only. Notes: I want to try this place again. I got the Electric Sitar potato burger. It was alright. I want to try the other ones because they look good.

Delicious chick pea burger and fries. A good variety of patty options. I will definitely return to this cart.

As one other review said, no «Boca Burger b*llsh#t here.» Great burgers, amazing fries. Happy to support health and Earth-conscious business when possible. Another reviewer said it was pricey. I can see how for most people it might not seem like a bargain. But for quality specialty vegan and gluten-free food that keeps one’s heart healthy, it was worth it. Yeah, for $ 2 – 3 less you can get a grease-fest that clogs your arteries. No thanks. Warmly, Dave & Maria (Patrons on 8÷22÷2015 and again any time we’re in the area!)

Overpriced tiny veggie burgers. Should be called sliders. Nice folks.

Great place in a great location! I originally came to the lot it’s on for vegan ice cream from Back To Eden but once I saw Earth Burgers was also on the same lot I headed over to their cart to try it out. There were so many delicious veggie burgers, it was tough to choose! I ended up ordering The Casbah on a gluten-free bun with a side of fries. I also added Chao cheese to the burger. It was delicious! So flavorful and such a huge burger! I couldn’t finish it all. If you’re looking for a hearty and healthy meal, Earth Burger is the right place to go!

Burgers are alright, not super flavorful. Should be greasier. Fries are quite good.

Love, love, LOVE Earth Burgers! My go-to spot in the TidBizzle, fo’ shizzle. The PDMex is my favorite burger. Loaded with goodness, so tall it’s hard to eat — and that’s a good thing! Fresh guacamole, lettuce, jalapeño, etc. The patties are handmade — no Boca burger b*llsh#t here… love and care go into each burger. I’ve been here a bunch of times, and never have I gotten anything less than absolute perfection. If you’re not in the mood for a veggie burger, they also serve a great ballpark style sausage(vegan) with kraut, mustard, etc. Yummm! Extra bonus — the people who own the cart are super nice… Go to Earth Burgers!

To be honest, this panda usually doesn’t head to a food cart to gorge on vegetarian and vegan options. However, my interest piqued after other cart owners and bloggers raved about Earth Burgers. All patties are handmade, vegan, and gluten free. Their gluten buns are from Grand Central Baking, and the gluten-free buns are from Happy Campers. You can get any burger a la carte, or add fries for $ 3 more. PDMEX($ 9): Organic black bean and sweet potato patty, topped with red onion, pickled jalapenos, tomato, mixed greens, and tomatillo-avocado salsa. The burger has some good height on it; I had to divide and conquer for this one. Unfortunately, this panda does not have a big mouth and cannot unhinge his jaw. A very good burger, with mild heat and a very refreshing feel. FRIES($ 3): Two big panda thumbs up. Slightly crispy fries, not greasy. It appeared to have some type of cajun seasoning on there; you won’t get a simple dash of salt here. Great stuff here!

had a delicious burger, believe it was called the Casbah. had greens, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, and the burger itself which was heavenly and colorful. boyfriend had a Southern something… BBQ sauce and coleslaw. really good. they were out of fries when I went so I picked up some super dank sweet potato tots from another truck in the same pod, Doghouse. great service at both trucks.

Great Vegan cart! My favorites are the Casbah and the Beautiful South. Their Spicy Sausage was surprisingly great, it even fooled my meat-eating friend. The burgers cost about $ 7-$ 8 but they are big and fresh. You get a massive amount of fries for $ 3, so you can definitely get filled up for $ 10.

This is my new favorite vegan burger spot. They make it all by hand. My first time I got the Mexican black bean and sweet potato burger. Excellent, spicy, and very large. The following week I went back and got the Indian one(potato, pea and carrot patty). Amazing! Has caramelized onions, masala sauce & chutney. I went back again a couple weeks later and this food cart was gone. Disappeared with no warning! I was worried they had closed down. I now see they just moved to a new location on Division Street. I am going this week. Highly recommended!!!

Ever since Off the Griddle closed, there has been a vegan burger shaped hole in my heart… This cart doesn’t fill it, but it does make me look forward to vegan food cart burgers again! There’s just something about a food cart that specializes in veg dishes that puts it head and shoulders above veg items from non-veg places. I had the PDmex with a side of fries– lots of flavors, solid portion size, and served on a pretty decent bun. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other burgers!

This could have been exactly what Portland needed. It just fell short. I ordered the Indian style burger with potato and chickpea. Taste wise it was very bland and wasn’t satisfying. Also not exactly affordable when it’s nearly $ 10 and does not come with a side or drink. I’m sure they will tweak things and improve, not exactly in a hurry to return
