Great service! Jensen was quick to respond to my inquiry. He even picked up and dropped off my computer because I was stuck at home with a newborn. Super quick turn-​around. I was looking to remove the viruses and do a quick tune-​up on my parents computer. Jensen quickly got the computer up and running but then along educated me on the advantages of upgrading the computer since their current one was at least 8 years old. I was happy with the cost so we went forward. Two days later we had a brand new computer. Jensen recommend a great Acer unit that is fast and simple to use. He re-​installed windows and installed an SSD. Needless to say we are happy with the service and final product.
I also recruited Jensen to clean and tune up my husband’s gaming computer. Again, he did a quick turn around and the computer is working great and is super clean!
I totally recommend using Jensen for any computer issues!

I had been putting off getting my laptop fixed for soooo long that I had actually forgotten what was even wrong with it. Jensen met me at a local coffee shop. I felt kinda weird giving my laptop to a stranger at a coffee shop. I trusted him so with nothing more than a handshake I forked it over. The whole process was super fast. I got my laptop back in fantastic working condition and it was even sparkly clean. Highly recommended. He even answered some of my dorky/​non techie questions without judgement :)

Five stars is not an exaggeration. Jensen was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and knew exactly what our computer needed and we wanted as an end result. Jensen turned our slow, totally screwed up computer to a practically brand new computer quickly and at a very reasonable price.
We would use him again and will refer him to anyone who needs computer help.

Jensen rocks my socks.
I was previously a computer tech. I thought my problem could only be solved in one of those expensive time consuming ways. My friend recommended I at least call this guy (Jensen @ Digital Rehab) before I do anything drastic.
I swallowed my pride and called. He fixed my problem way quicker than I expected, and I had him setup my droid phone and pc so I could stream music from my pc on my phone, freeing my phones storage space for everything else.
Anytime I have an advanced problem or question I will definitely give Digital Rehab a call.

If I ever need computer work again, I will be contacting Jensen. He is a delight. Being that I am computer challenged (and older) Jensen was patient and reasurring. He quickly repaired my laptop, charged a very competive rate and went the extra mile to make certain that my network, and printer worked properly. I highly recommend Digital Rehab for your computer work.

I’d like to consider myself tech savvy. Really, I would. But after both my laptop and my desktop were running at speeds that were not anywhere near acceptable, I turned to Jensen and Digital Rehab. Jensen was professional, thorough, and most importantly, fast. He wiped both computers clean, installed a much faster OS, and helped guide me on ways to make my computers more efficient. There was never a moment where I felt overwhelmed or confused by any of the explanations or applications. I can’t speak to Digital Rehab’s quality of work enough.
