Working with the team from Direct Tech Solutions was a pleasure. I called them at 10 pm at night and recieved a return call within 15 mins, I was able to get onsite help the following morning. It was a joy to work with Nathaniel, he is pleasant, professional and accomplished everything on my computer list. I would highly recommend this company to any business or individuals. For business clients they will end up saving you money! I highly recommend this company!!!

Nathaniel continues to work with us to try to find a solution to our problem. I’ve upgraded the stars because he has been polite and friendly and continues to persist to try to solve the problem. His attitude and service are the three star part. The solution remains a mystery.

Gabriele at Direct Tech Solutions has handled two separate projects for me. He has been at my home to organize reception for a Blue Ray (Pandora & Netflix) device and on another occasion to initialize a new printer and transition me from an old PC system to a new Macbook Air.
I would not have been able to do these things myself and Gabriele completed the projects confidently and efficiently. Everything works seamlessly. I’d give him and Direct Tech Solutions my highest recommendation.
