Campbell Remodeling

Can’t say enough good things about Fritz and his crew. I have a small rental property in North Portland that I needed fixed up. Cost and quick turnaround were major concerns for me, as well as using materials that would hold up with tenants with kids and dogs.
Fritz’s remodel turned out amazing! He fixed up some water-​damaged sheet rock, ripped up nasty old vinyl tile flooring and warped subfloors, put down new subfloors and this fantastic wood-​look vinyl plank flooring that he specifically recommended with my dog-​owner-​tenants in mind. In the 2^nd stage he took out an entire wall between the living room and kitchen, installed a support beam, painted, put uniform texturing in areas where he repaired sheetrock, the list goes on.
He did great work, and did awesome extra little touches wherever he could. I loved coming home and seeing the new progress every day! He kept me posted on progress when I was out of town, made recommendations for more durable materials than I had requested, and worked with me to stay under budget the whole way through.
I have another unit that will get the same facelift when those tenants move out, and Fritz is definitely going to be my contractor of choice, hands down. Thanks Fritz!
