We had such a great experience with Bob that we had to come write a review to make sure others know about him! We were at our wits end with this wallpaper removal project – several large rooms of ancient wallpaper stuck onto unprimed drywall. Trying it on my own, I was able to finish a 2′ strip in 3 hours! At that point I bit the bullet and sought help. I got Bob’s number from a friend who had hired him in the past and was very pleased with his service. After giving us what seemed a reasonable quote for the work, he told us exactly when he would arrive and exactly when he planned to finish the job. He is a man of his word – he showed up promptly every day, and finished the job on time, despite it being a nightmare job by anyone’s standards – according to Bob was one of the«worst he’d ever seen!» Despite this, he stuck to his word and to the agreed-upon quote, working methodically until the job was done, and cleaning up the site thoroughly after each work day. We’ve rarely been so pleased with a contractor. Well worth the money! We would recommend Bob to anyone. You will be glad you called him!

Bob has two of my favorite qualities in a contractor, he’s reliable and reasonably priced. Overall a great experience and I will call him with all of removal and wallpapering needs.

I would enthusiastically recommend Bob to anyone who needs wallpaper removal. He is pleasant, punctual, and very good at his craft. We purchased 1949 home with wallpaper in most of the room. Every room had at least two layers of wallpaper and some as much as six. The original wallpaper was mounted on unprimed wallboard. I thought it was a nightmare of a project, but Bob took it in stride. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The walls were in great shape when he was done-no gouges, ready to be primed. He cleaned thoroughly each day. Save yourself the headache and frustration of trying to do it yourself. Hire Bob. He’s a master at wallpaper removal and reasonably priced too.

Found Bob on Angie’s list. Our home came into our possession with many rooms coated in 50 plus years of varying layers of paint and wallpaper and over again. He came in and did what we could never dream of doing ourselves, with a tacticians touch, in only 2.5 days for an incredibly affordable price. What would have taken us weeks, heartache, pain, ruined walls and likely divorce was nothing for him. Polite, quiet and reserved, let him have his NPR and classical music, and you won’t even know he’s there. If you need wallpaper either removed or applied, call him now.
