Cleanliness and food safety in this restaurant are not a priority. I witnessed the person cooking drop food on the floor, pick it up and continued cooking. I saw multiple employees throw garbage on the floor rather than walking over to a garbage can. Apperance of employees is also not a priority. Shirts were untugged, pants worn loosely, and some uniforms had obvious holes in them. I was over charged and part of my order was missing. When I attempted to address my concerns I was met with an employee that claimed she didn’t understand my english. I offered to address her in spanish, as I had heard her speak in spanish to another employee and she pretended to not understand my spanish. They refused to refund my money and ended up only giving me the difference I was over charged and the rest of my missing order.

What type of business that isn’t bread and butter, low to medium priced, and part of a chain WON’T you find along 99-W(Pacific Hwy), roughly between I-5 and OR-217? Don’t even try to answer that. They’re all there! Enter Burger King(BK). First, this BK must be accessed from a side street and not a driveway entrance directly from 99-W. This road skirts the south side of the building. Then, when you’re in the parking lot, there is enough parking. The physical plant gets a 2. This BK is among the most dated I’ve been to that comes to mind. The food is always the same. I like it, but I don’t love it. Also, when their coupon page lands in your mailbox, a lot of it is redundant or features items I don’t like. But some are good values. For the food, they get a 3. It’s a constant. I’ve been in this BK more than once, being at such a crossroads in the metro area. The service goes from 2(they do the job but seem put out) up to a 4(friendly in an informal way and address your special requests, like this last time), so that averages to a 3. If you’re hungry and on the fly, is the 10 piece chicken nugget«collection» on special for $ 1.49THAT bad? I’m going to say no. It may not be health food, but that’s a serious blast of your daily protein for that price.

This burger king sucks the fat whopper. My food came wrapped with droplets of grease on them. The parking lot had discarded plastic bottles all around. It shares a parking lot with a small business park featuring a temporary job service and a muslim meat shop. The BK has a large flagpole in the front without any flag. Service was slow and unfriendly. This restaurant is just gross, period. No wonder why there was only one other person there. Fool me once…

My order is wrong every time. I don’t understand how they can get my order wrong every single time. I go here out of convenience, but no more. Last week they had a sprinkler on that if you would go through the drive through, it would spray right into your window where you order. I had to back up and go inside. Customer service is below poor as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

This has to be the grossest, dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. I ordered a #1 w/cheese and NO pickles and my friend ordered a fish and chicken sandwich(mix-n-match). While we were waiting for our food I see my whopper being made, which I see the pickles being put on my whopper then I see her unwrap my whopper and shake off the pickles into the trash can. Is it that hard to remake a whopper?. We get back to my place to eat and my friend unwraps his sandwiches and the chicken and fish were so badly burned they turned they turned into hockey pucks. I will NOT be back to this Burger King.

SO I’m trying to compare all of the similar breakfast items for my first LIST. But it’s hard. Because the Burger King Croissandwich is easily the BEST breakfat(I mean breakfast) sandwich at any of the top four or five drive thru joints. So I had one each croissandwich and one breakfast biscuit. But if price counts, BK gets dinged one star. Best use a coupon here because BK has expenses. I probably should have kept the receipt so I could tell you the exact tab but that yummy croissandwich is more than twice the price of the breakfast biscuits at Jacks. Worth it too. Now where are those coupons?

Most outlets for this chain tend to be the same. This one is open 24 hrs. and their service is at the bottom of the barrel. They put the employee at the counter who is least likely to understand English, and of course the order is always wrong. Burger King SUCKS. TRAINYOURSTAFF, IDIOTS!

The only reason I would review a joint like Burger King is if I either got extremely bad service or exceptionally good service. I’m happy to say this is a review in favor of this BK, and not because the food is different or prepared any special way. It’s due to the friendly manager who kept me informed and kept apologizing that I had to wait a bit for my order. He also went around the dining area and handed out mints to all the diners. I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence that happens all the time or if it is unique to this individual, but I appreciated the extra friendly service and just want to give him/this store props.

All of the BK’s in this area need to step up their game. Just bought a new item. New item was the Black forest ham croissant… FREEZINGCOLDHAM! and BURNINGHOTEGG!

Can’t remember when the last time I was in a BK was… gotta be 15 years. In the interim, they have slipped from being the #2 to #3 burger chain, gone through a plethora of owners, and have abandoned both«have it your way», and that incredibly frightening«King» mascot. So I can’t really say what possessed me to pull into one today, other than I was hungry, and knew what other options lay ahead of me on the road I was traveling. I went for the«Double Stacker» combo, and added an additional side of «Value Sized» onion rings for a buck. The Double Stacker is described on the menu board as «Boasting two flame-broiled beef patties, one slice of melted American cheese, thick cut hardwood smoked bacon, our made to order BK® Double Stacker Meal is smothered in zesty BK® Stacker sauce and held together by a toasted bun.» 710 calories and 81 carbs with the small fry and Diet Coke. I wish nutritional info posted the weight, as these were two tiny patties, possibly even smaller than McDonald’s McDouble. Maybe… guessing, 1.5 ounces each? The taste of the burger hasn’t changed me, if memory serves me. It still has that built-in«char/smokey» flavor. The o-rings haven’t changed much either, but it’s nice of BK to have a value size order of the rings. The fries? Interesting. Not cut potatoes, but more like an extruded product(as in, taking a mash potato slurry and making them fry shape), crispy on the outside and puffy on the inside. I’m not sure what«Stacker Sauce» is, if there was some on my burger, I didn’t notice. BK’s new owner doesn’t seem to be taking the improvement initiative that Wendy’s is; with so many fast-growing upstarts on the horizon, Five Guys, Smashburger and the like, you’d think all the chains would be busting their humps to ‘improve’. My bill was $ 5.99. The food was satisfactory. But it might be another 15 years before I get back again. Just sayin’. Oh, and thanks for the extra unidentifiable fried thing in the fries. Kind of like when one used to get the bucket of fry crumbs at Long John Silvers!(What were those called?)
