So this cart is located ON CAMPUS between Smith and the Library, one block east of Broadway. They have been feeding me for well over a year now and I am quite surprised the business is not on Unilocal until now. Menu is simple, 3 types of burritos: steak, chicken, veggie. Also makes burrito bowls. Flavor is outstanding. As a southern California native, this is the only burrito food vendor I have sampled in Portland that I find satisfying. The owner even makes her own salsa!!!
The portion sizes are quite large and I usually split the burritos into two meals. They also take debit/​credit card which is great for students. Looking forward to class next week so I can get a burrito!
