Bandini Pizza & Pasta

Yummy! I definitely recommend the restaurant! Me and my husband had such a good experience having dinner there couple days ago. The service was fast and the food was really delicious! We had the Portland Spec. pizza and a putanesca pasta. The pizza crust just won my heart, the pizza was moist and the pasta was made purfectly … not overcook like it’ s in most restaurants. They even substituted the pesto sauce with alfredo for me ! We are going there again ! Enjoy !

We’ve ordered delivery more times than I can count. ALWAYS fast, ALWAYS on point with the quality. Salads are huge and fresh. Mind blowing pizza? No, but certainly no complaints.

This is my first pizza place here in Portland! I really liked the Margherita pizza and the chicken fingers are huge! Their crust is nice; chewy in the middle with a nice crust on the outside. The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t enough sauce.

Pizzas and salads were excellent! Loved that we could order from Unilocal and have it here when we arrived from a long 7 hour drive.

I love this place! Been in just twice now, but I’ve also ordered out as well.
The pasta is superb! The pizza’s are delicious. The wine is good. And they offer a few beers! My favorite is their Bandini tortellini. The ravioli is what my mom had last time — very tasty!
I’ve never been disappointed by this place. Both times service was GREAT. The inside doesn’t seem to be crowded when I’ve visited. It’s a nice place to go and sit and talk. Very warm feel, low lights, Italian inspired art. And like I said, good wine… which is saying a lot given I don’t like wine!
Right across the street from the Local — on the corner of Fremont and MLK. It’s got a great location for carry-​out if you’re interested. They did have some sort of pick-​up special. Buy one pasta, get one half off… or something of that nature. I’ve been thinking of doing that.
Go check it out! Just don’t tell all your friends… we don’t want it to get too busy! ;)

Bandini I’m sorry to break up this way, when we first met. you had really good Quality food. I wish the old bandini would come back.

Oh. My. God. Ok. I’m going to post a picture of my «chicken parm sandwich». It should speak for itself. Never ordering from here again, and this is usually our go to pizza place. I’d rather eat canned chef boyardee.

Great place for cheap and fast delivery in north Portland. Not many places deliver in N PDX so it’s nice to have a reliable business with decent food. Online ordering is super easy and they have never messed up my order. I will continue to order from them when I need some god pizza and/​or wings in my belly :)

Great service, and free delivery. I’ve ordered from Bandini’s countless times and have always received great food and steady service. The last time I ordered, they forgot to deliver the breadsticks, which I was going to just forget since it was 1 time out of many and they aren’t expensive at all, but they realized their own mistake and delivered them later.
I usually order their «Portland Special» which is delicious and highly recommended if you like eggplant. There is one place in Portland whose pizza is a little better, to be honest, but it’s also more expensive. I only order from the other place when I’m looking to splurge and get a side item that’s pretty amazing, but my typical pizza order is always from Bandini’s.

Great pasta, fantastic service in a relaxed setting. Reminded me of the old Little Italy in NYC.

Great food, good service, and fast delivery! Was difficult finding someone to deliver to Hayden Island, but they got it here faster than they estimated, and the pizza was hot and the drinks still cold! They also brought paper plates and napkins, greatly appreciated since we’re in a hotel room and don’t have any with us. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Terrible.
Maybe the 5 Star reviewers went in the evening, but in the afternoon: don’t waste your time. The service is apathetic, the «lunch specials» posted on a big chalk board aren’t discounted or special at all, and the food tastes like someone just re-​heated some Costco bulk.

I thought I’d give this place one more shot, as I was sick and just wanted delivery. I called again and was hung up on. If you’re looking for a delivery spot without pizza call Thai Basil or Devil Dills. This place is not worth the time!

Placed a delivery order for a medium pizza and buffalo wings. The pizza arrived a little over an hour later. The pizza was cold, rubbery and obviously did not include the extra cheese I requested. The buffalo wings were dry and had little to no sauce. To add to my disappointment, they did not include any plates or napkins. They did however, generously include 1 packet each of Parmesan cheese and red peppers!!! I paid $ 26.14 (not including the too generous tip) for what tasted like last nights leftovers!!! l

The Greek pizza is sooooo good and quickly becoming my favorite pizza. Bandini is fast (it’s never taken more than a half hour) and really yummy. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered from bandini several times and have never been disappointed. I usually get the same pizza, the house special minus feta and mushrooms. It’s always delivered promptly and always tastes good. I’ve never had a problem with the order missing items nor have I ever had any problems with the quality of the pizza. I recently ordered spaghetti instead of pizza and didn’t think it was anything to write home about. The noodles were overcooked, the sauce was just meh, and the meatballs looked and tasted like they were premade and frozen rather than made fresh on site. If you’re going to be a great Italian place, seems like making your own meatballs would be a good start.
That said, the service is always very quick and the pizza is really good, IMO. It’s pretty much the only delivery I order.

We had decided to try the Badini’s after receiving a menu in the mail that also contained many coupons.
I couldn’t figure out how apply the coupon while ordering for delivery online so in an «additional requests» that came up upon the order confirmarion section, I wrote «Have $ 5.00 new customer coupon, please apply.» I had no expectation that Bandini would honor this request as they would have no way of knowing whether I truly possessed this coupon.
Joe, an amazing friendly, prompt delivery person presents me the total and it had — in fact — been discounted with the coupon. He was very helpful and nice.
Now the food, I’ve never been so full in my life! For a $ 25 purchase shared between two starving people, we couldn’t even get a quarter of the ay through. The food is so delicious that I can say without question, I have never had better in Portland.

We live in N. Portland behind Walgreens and Bandini in NE will deliver to us with no problem. Called them on New Year’s Day and they came right over when every local place around us closed early.
When the lights go out locally they are the best to call for dinner since they are over off MLK/​Alberta area! They deliver fast, friendly, and food is good. My kids love the pizza, lots of cheese, the Calzones are good, and we’ve had sandwiches too, not bad! We reccomend :)

Like many other people who have reviewed the pizza is wildly over priced. $ 12 for a small thin crust veggie seemed a bit spendy but when we received a tiny personal size pizza that was soggy I knew people hadn’t been over exaggerating about the poor quality either. (See my photo for what their pizzas REALLY look like) we also got a tiramisu and at $ 5 we expected something big and delicious but instead got a tiny slice of what looked and tasted like a frozen dessert from the grocery store.(also see photo) incredibly disappointing especially for how expensive it was and if we had been in store instead of delivery we would have asked for our money back.
