Absolutely the best customer service, knowledgeable staff, high quality product and great price. I have been shopping around for a vape shop that has at very least quality products and great prices but they have exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, quality and service. I drive out of my way to shop at Atomize and hope I can spread the word because they deserve our business. Thank you so much to the owners and staff!

On a whim I stopped in here cause I needed some batteries real quick on my way back home from Salem to Seattle. I ended up hanging out here for over an hour and even picked up some in house juice, which was great. Parking here is tricky but absolutely worth it. Always like finding a local vape shop in the areas I work that I can hang out in and just kill time, I will be returning.

Great price on completely custom juice flavors. Very patient with me, especially during my first visit, as I studied the options and concocted my unique blend. One of the only products I have found that won’t burn and foul my coils. Tank and mod options are expanding, as well as replacement coils or instruction for rebuildables.
Laid back and least tweaker shop I have found. Open just late enough I can make it in during my commute home. No frills or cheap attractions to lure people in, this shop will thrive on quality and personal service.

Terrible, do these guys wanna stay in business? Some guy behind the counter knew nothing about the vape pens, he went to get somebody else who supposedly knew about them. I waited there for a long long time looking at stuff and nobody came out. I left after about 15 minutes. Don’t bother waisting your time or gas going to this place, they’re having a hard time figuring it out. Really annoying, just say you’re closed if nobody is able to be of assistance.

Could see this being a good shop but personally had terrible experience. After we showed up took a minute for anyone to help us… Then we waited for another 10 minutes for a different staff member who knew about the vape pens. Finally just had to leave since he never showed up. We’ll try another shop.

After having a few so-​so experiences at other vape shops in the area, I decided to give this one a shot and I am so glad I did! These guys are super friendly and have the best prices. The store itself is very clean and for some reason, I really appreciate going to a vape store that is not totally «smoked» or «vaped» out! Great selection on juice flavors as well.

Cool place. I’ve only been here once and it was just to pick up a couple bottles of liquid, but the guy working there was really nice and the two bottles he recommended were absolutely fantastic. They also seem to have equipment for herbal vaporizing (not sure how explicit I should be because *something* isn’t legal here until July), which isn’t something I normally see.
Either way, I will definitely be going back. Also I got a 10% discount because I was a first time customer.

Pretty new experience for me in Vapor hardware. Stopped in and found these guys to be friendly and no pressure. Set me up with gear that didn’t break the bank and got me on the way. Prices seemed to be pretty fair compared to what I’ve seen. I’ll be back next week for more juice. Thanks guys. Good job!

On my last visit to Oregon, I wanted to try the juice mixes my friend was raving about. «Fine. If I go will you shut up about it?» I did, he took me to the Atomize vape shop near his area of Portland. Love Portland, by the way, very hip town to visit. Anyhoo, the staff knew what they were talking about, could make solid recommendations, and awesome mixes. I see now what my pita friend was talking about. I’ll try to get back to Portland in April or May and have a go-​to place to restock my vape liquid. Thanks!

Was looking for a LOW COST pipe and came across Atomize. Not only were their pipes VERY reasonably priced but one of the owners was a delight. He was helpful, nice, and extremely nice to talk to. The pipe I got is amazing; not only is it thick as it gets for $ 20 but it has beautiful colors as well. It takes me normally about 2 weeks to break my pipes but since this one is so thick I think I might go 2 months without breaking it. The store has amazing local art and local glass blowers pieces. I was super impressed with this store, especially since they just opened and they are way better then most that have been around for years. Low cost pieces, great atmosphere, and awesome art? How can it get any better?
